Autographs

i'm not a major autograph collector, but i figured there may be some here, so i'd be interested in hearing whose autographs everyone has...

personally, i have very few: Clive Owen, Cameron Mills, Johnny Bench, Jackie Robinson... that's it... there are a few others i might be interested in getting, but it's never been a huge priority for me to try to get them...

I know that you can get a 'certificate of authenticity', but who makes those? Couldn't I just forge a signature myself, and doctor my own? who's really to stop me and who would anyone know?

I'm not that big a fan of autographs. I didn't get them when I met Tom and Steven and co. during Minority Report. I don't regret not getting autographs, but I wish I had something more to remember the occasion. The more time passes, the more it seems like a dream or something. If I ever meet Tom again, I'd love to have him autograph my flight helmet.

don't buy them on ebay or sports shows that sells them, those certificate of authenticity are really easy to fake thanks to computers. Me, about 99% I got them personally sign while I was there

Why didnt you get sean astin?

I got george a remero's (cost me$25.00 i bleieve) tom savini,a TON of comic writers and artists.

This august Adam west and dwight schultz are goign to be at the con (as well as sean astin) hope to get theyre autographs too.

Also I think people should be posting how much (if any) they had to pay for the signatures.

I get all my autographs directly from the celebs at conventions.....so unless the celeb is a great animatronic dummy....they are all authentic.

I've met over 70 celebs over the years.....so I have a lot of autographs.

But, I also got autographs from Mark Hoppus and Craig Fairbaugh from a +44 concert. Got to shake both their hands and possibly shook Shane's hand. That's like a spiritual autograph. And when they laughed at my joke... That's like writing their signature with a permanent marker on a Valentine's Day card for me.

Holy crap! For all intents and purposes the only real autograph I've got is Andy Serkis's.

My geek parents used to go to TrekCons all the time in the '80s to they have some Trek autographs. Only James Doohan leaps to mind, though.
