I've always planned for the weapon to launch towards the end of this season; the one-month gap between this season and next will be useful to the development of the arc. It saves everyone a lot of trouble if the weapon is deployed towards the end of this season, we see some of the early effects at the conclusion of this season, then at the start of season V, we see the latter effects and the start of the virus itself.

If your character got a letter, or you want your character to get a letter, the way I hoped this would work is as follows:

Your character would pick their letter up, open it in a post written by you.

Once they've opened the letter, I will post the contents of said letter in the IC thread.

Your character can then react to the letter they just read.

Does that setup work for you, BL?
