Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: Johnny's external surface, including skin, hair and eyes is covered with a microscopic layer of transparent fireproofing plates, making him fully immune to fire damage. His cells generate plasmajets through clean nuclear fusion, allowing Johnny to emit flame from part or all of his skin, and even to fly. Johnny powers this fusion internally, so if he does not consume enough energy to generate new protective cells regularly, he runs the risk of literally burning himself up. Well, in that case, I can still make it work. And just to clarify, it doesn't turn Magneto human, it simply puts an energy field around him that limits his powers to right around his own body. He can't use them past the energy field. I can still make it work. =)

Alright all, I think most of you saw this coming. After thinking it over, and some advice from others, I realized I just don't have the time for Quicksilver. The Mags fight is way to crazy right now, and I don't have the time to keep up.

I always say, if you can't play a character to 100% of my ability, you shouldn't play them at all. It isn't right for me to hog him if I am not going to post or even do it right. I'm sorry to do it, but it must be done.

Don't worry, I will continue my Scorpion and Blackheart on the schedule I am on...(which reminds me...pick up the Mags battle please...) and I will maybe pick up another sometime in the future. But as for now, I just don't have the time.

Although blind, Daredevil’s other senses have been increased to superhuman levels. His senses of smell, taste, touch, and hearing are all beyond what a normal human can achieve.
His sense of smell is so acute that he tell people apart from scent alone. With his sense of taste, he can tell the ingredients in a recipe. His sense of touch is so defined that he can read handwriting on a piece of paper, or the print of a newspaper. He can also feel minute temperature changes, allowing him to tell if a person is flushed, lying, or even how long someone has been dead. His hearing is also increased and can even hear a person’s heartbeat.
Most notably, however, is his radar like sense, giving him a type of vision. He can, “see,” in this fashion, although it is not perfect and sometimes Daredevil can get objects confused if they are too close to each other. This radar like sense has also given Daredevil the ability to detect energy waves in many forms such as radio, gamma, and radiation waves.
Daredevil has also mastered many forms of martial arts and is an Olympic level gymnast. He uses these abilities to travel the dangerous terrain of Hell’s Kitchen and to defend its citizens.
Daredevil is also known for his weapon of choice. He employs a specially developed billy club, that is disguised as a blind man’s cane. The billy club has a powerful spring loaded grappling hook and metal wire that allows him to swoop between buildings. The club is also an offensive weapon, which Daredevil uses in a masterful way.

1. He was FINALLY open, and I've been wanting to play him forever.

2. He's in my top 3 characters, falling in at #2.

6 a.m.

The warm temperature coming from the windowsill felt hot against his skin, eyes opening to the darkness they have become so familiar with. As Matt rolled over, the sheets felt like sandpaper....rough and uncomfortable. He'd have to wash them soon; after a few days they began feeling rough and every speck of dust could be felt.

As Matt moved throughout his apartment, one would be quite surprised at how well he could maneuver--even as a blind man. Stepping out of the shower he dried off and threw his towel behind his back, which landed perfectly on the drying rack. There was no mirror in front of him of course. Matthew hadn't seen his own face in years.

It was a Saturday, and Foggy was running the office. Matt didn't like taking days off; Justice must be served no matter what day it was. That was why he served every day since his father died. It was his duty, it was his destiny. Yet Foggy insisted that he take his first day off this year...that he needed a break. A normal man would go fishing, maybe go watch baseball, or even have a few drinks with some friends--No, Matthew Murdock would train.

Slipping on some red sweatpants, he walked into the gym area of his apartment. A metal bar hung from the center of the room by some silver chains. There were also many other utilities, including a benchpress, balancing beams, and a punching bag. His real training took place in the city....the jungle of concrete that he was raised in. But in daylight, seeing a blind man bounding across skyscrapers would not be the most obscure way of strength training.

Just as he was about to spring upward to grab the bar, his phone rang. Quickly responding he grabbed it, and answered.

"Matt Murdock.."

"MATT! It's Foggy...uhh...I don't know how to say this.."

"Why? What happened?"

"The office...it's on fire."

Foggy didn't even have time to finish the sentence before Matt dropped the phone. Those crimson lensed spectacles were grabbed, along with his billy club. He then performed a quick dive through his open kitchen window, digits clasping the cold metal of the fire escape. He sat there for a second engaged in a complete handstand while he waited for a few people to pass by. Just as they were out of distance he flipped forward, grabbing onto a street lamp and sliding down. To his surprise, a small kid on his tricycle witnessed the feat, and pedalled up to him quickly.

"Hey mistuh! How'd you do that?"

"Uhh, just be sure to drink your milk and eat your brocolli."

With an expression of "Mom was right!", the kid quickly sped off--probably to on a voyage to purchase some milk and vegetables.

Matt then extended that cylindrical cane before proceeding down the street with a quickness. He could smell the burning wood in the distance, along with the acrid smell of melting plastic. He almost swore he heard that can of "Hangover Supplement" explode in his desk as well. Foggy had given him the gag gift for his last birthday.

The very thought of his office burning down kept churning in his stomache, which gave him a nauseated feeling. A wave of heat then hit him, and he knew he was very near. He could hear Foggy talking to the Fire Chief who was apparently bored with the procedure. The chief's heartbeat was slow, and he kept sighing ever so lightly under his breath, as if he didn't want to be there.

Matt could never think of a time where he didn't want to do his job as an attorney, or a protector. Even though both had many instances of failure, he would keep pushing on. And he would continue to push on even now. He walked up to Foggy, tapping the ground in front of him with that cane and holding a smirk upon his face. Matt could feel Foggy's confusion.

"Time to find some office space, Fogs."

As Matt rolled over, the sheets felt like sandpaper....rough and uncomfortable. He'd have to wash them soon; after a few days they began feeling rough and every speck of dust could be felt.

As Matt moved throughout his apartment, one would be quite surprised at how well he could maneuver--even as a blind man. Stepping out of the shower he dried off and threw his towel behind his back, which landed perfectly on the drying rack. There was no mirror in front of him of course. Matthew hadn't seen his own face in years.

It was a Saturday, and Foggy was running the office. Matt didn't like taking days off; Justice must be served no matter what day it was. That was why he served every day since his father died. It was his duty, it was his destiny. Yet Foggy insisted that he take his first day off this year...that he needed a break. A normal man would go fishing, maybe go watch baseball, or even have a few drinks with some friends--No, Matthew Murdock would train.

Slipping on some red sweatpants, he walked into the gym area of his apartment. A metal bar hung from the center of the room by some silver chains. There were also many other utilities, including a benchpress, balancing beams, and a punching bag. His real training took place in the city....the jungle of concrete that he was raised in. But in daylight, seeing a blind man bounding across skyscrapers would not be the most obscure way of strength training.

Just as he was about to spring upward to grab the bar, his phone rang. Quickly responding he grabbed it, and answered.

"Matt Murdock.."

"MATT! It's Foggy...uhh...I don't know how to say this.."

"Why? What happened?"

"The office...it's on fire."

Foggy didn't even have time to finish the sentence before Matt dropped the phone. Those crimson lensed spectacles were grabbed, along with his billy club. He then performed a quick dive through his open kitchen window, digits clasping the cold metal of the fire escape. He sat there for a second engaged in a complete handstand while he waited for a few people to pass by. Just as they were out of distance he flipped forward, grabbing onto a street lamp and sliding down. To his surprise, a small kid on his tricycle witnessed the feat, and pedalled up to him quickly.

"Hey mistuh! How'd you do that?"

"Uhh, just be sure to drink your milk and eat your brocolli."

With an expression of "Mom was right!", the kid quickly sped off--probably to on a voyage to purchase some milk and vegetables.

Matt then extended that cylindrical cane before proceeding down the street with a quickness. He could smell the burning wood in the distance, along with the acrid smell of melting plastic. He almost swore he heard that can of "Hangover Supplement" explode in his desk as well. Foggy had given him the gag gift for his last birthday.

The very thought of his office burning down kept churning in his stomache, which gave him a nauseated feeling. A wave of heat then hit him, and he knew he was very near. He could hear Foggy talking to the Fire Chief who was apparently bored with the procedure. The chief's heartbeat was slow, and he kept sighing ever so lightly under his breath, as if he didn't want to be there.

Matt could never think of a time where he didn't want to do his job as an attorney, or a protector. Even though both had many instances of failure, he would keep pushing on. And he would continue to push on even now. He walked up to Foggy, tapping the ground in front of him with that cane and holding a smirk upon his face. Matt could feel Foggy's confusion.

"Time to find some office space, Fogs."

As the Blackbird landed, Scott peered through that ruby-quartz visor at the chaos taking place in front of him. The Sentinels had been released, with one task set in their computerized minds: Kill all mutants. He turned to Jean as he unstrapped himself, powering down the thrusters. They had decided to land upon a cliff not far away from the battle taking place--a good strategy. Had the Sentinels been aware of their presence, the Blackbird would be obliterated.

"Alright love, let's do this."

"You got it, Slym."

He could hear Wolverine snort as the loading ramp extended from the backside of the plane. There were six of them: Wolverine, Jean, Beast, Colossus, Kitty, and of course..himself. All were garbed to the neck in that blue and yellow uniform, the black X encompassed in a circle of red signifying their union as mutants. Now, it was time to strategize.

"Wolverine, Colossus, Beast...you guys take the ground. You work better as a team."

"Sure thing..", Wolverine grumbled,before he, Colossus and Beast bounded off the side of the cliff, landing unharmed below.

"Jean, see if you can use your telekinesis as a distraction. Then Kitty can phase through the bastard, and destroy his insides."

Scott was suddenly distracted by the roaring of Wolverine, who was now seen flying mid-air in a cannonball fashion, toward the neck of one of the Sentinels. He watched as the neck of the robot was severed in an instant.

"Well, that's one down."

As Jean and Kitty made their way down the cliff, Scott followed behind at a distance. This way he could cover them if needed. But then the unexpected happened. His torso was then grabbed suddenly by a monsterous hand. He could feel his ribs cracking, and he couldn't reach the emitter module on his visor. But as he was brought upwards to face the Sentinel, a smile flashed upon that scruffy, yet handsome face.

"Sucks for you.."

With that said, he then slammed his head into the metal hand of the Sentinel. The visor then snapped off and fell to the ground. Scott immediately opened his eyes in the vicinity of the Sentinels head, and in an illuminating burst of ruby the head was completely gone--probably a few miles away by now and severed beyond repair. As the monstrosity fell, he quickly backflipped out of it's now loose grip, and landed perfectly on the ground. His right hand quickly reached into a utility pouch and withdrew an extra visor, placing it on his nose. To his excitement he saw the rest of the Sentinels destroyed as well, with his fellow teammates approaching.

"Simulation off."

Powering down..

The scene before them then melted as if it were a painting, revealing the true artist behind it--The Danger Room.

3. He doesnt have super-powers...odd reason to choose some-one i know, but none the less...

"Unit Gamma, multiple targets bearing down on your position. Prepare to engage the enemy," came the call over the walkie-talkie. Joe raised his German made rifle up to his shoulder. Johnny, Graham and Tony did the same next to him. They crouched down in the sand.

Eight figures came running up the sand-dune, waving an AK-47 and a some flag representing their faction of Al-Qaeda. Joe fired his rifle, shooting the flag-man. The other terrorists opened fire. Bullets hit the sand all around the three SAS men. Tony and Graham opened up, the latter hitting his target straight off.

"CONTACT!" Joe shouted into his radio. Tony gave a burst of fire and hit a third man. Joe unclipped one of his frag grenades, and pulling the pin, threw it at the terrorists position. that hit another four. Graham sniped the last one right between the eyes.

"Unit Gamma! It's a bloody ambush mate. Recover to the chopper!" came the call on the radio. He heard the sound of an RPG firing, and the position where the helicopter was went up in smoke. Joe heard the cocking of an automatic rifle behind him. He turned. They were surrounded.

Just looking at the roster... SSF, you now have four characters on the roster including the reserve on DD. I don't think that's very fair. This means that DD will be unavailable for anyone to play until you decide to drop a character. I'm sure you have plans to do this soon, but please get to work. After quite a bit of thought, I've decided to drop Spider-Man. When I play as Ben Reilly, I write with an innate sense of emulation. As Spider-Man, the real deal, that just isn't going to cut it. I love the character, I do. But I'm just not good enough to take the reins.

I encourage Feature and Venom160 to give the character to someone, because a Marvel game just doesn't feel right without a webbed-wonder.

Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: Fifteen year old Peter Parker posesses the abilities of arachnid based strength, agility, precognitive senses of danger, grace, and the ability to walk on walls. Alternative to his abilities are a pair of wristcuffs, which enable him to shoot a sticky substance from his wrist that he's self-invented. The substance is similar to a webbing, allowing him to entrap his opponents aswell as swing through the city with ease.

Peter Parker was a normal teenager struggling to fit into modern society, being classified as a 'bookworm' by his fellow students. But a bite from a chemically infused spider subject on a class fieldtrip changed everything. First thrilled by his new powers, Peter entered a wrestling competition and wowed the crowd, gaining fame and fortune, something he always wished for. But when his uncle was murdered by a common thug he let get away, prior, because of his ego, Peter learned that with great power, comes great responsibility. Endowed and haunted by this, Peter strives to do the responsible thing as a crimefighter, and a labelled menace, hoping to make the world a better place as The Amazing Spider-Man.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. I've read *nearly* every issue of Ultimate Spider-Man to date. That's a rare thing for me to say about any character. So I feel I know him pretty well.

2. Considering my experience with the character in other RPG's, I'd be less peeved if 9X17 ever came back to claim him. Infact, I'd willingly give him back.

3. Spider-Man is my favorite character in any incarnation of Marvel. Ultimate is no exception... I feel this version brings alot more to me, story wise, than just about any other could.

What can you bring to this game? Insight on the history of where this character's been, in both the RPG and the comics. I also have quite an extensive history with both the RPG and the character, so there's experience. Beyond that, I'm very confident that I can be dedicated to this character, more than I am others, because of my level of fandom for this version of Spidey.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: Once or twice, depending on real life scheduling. I definitely intend to post more in this RPG than I have, shamefully, as Iron Man, who I'll also try to post more as.

Spider-Man sighed to himself, loudly, as he remained suspended above a familiar figure. That of Herman Schultz, "The Shocker". The webslinger could swear this clown could make a record off of 'number of times a guy in goofy threads got his ass handed to him'. But nevertheless, Spider-Man was faced with opposition, as Shocker readied his infamous "vibro-gloves" in preparation for the hero's arrival.

"I've been expectin' you, kid...", Shocker snarled, evilly, as the units began vibrating. "You an' I got a score to settle!"

"Really, now?", Spider-Man asked, in response. "I thought you were, like, just one of those annoying little flies that never stay out of my nacho's bell grande. But then I realized... 'Spidey! Don't be so cruel! Even flies don't deserve that harsh of a comparison'."

Schultz fumed with rage, as a ray of destructive vibration was sent flying towards the webbed wonder. Instinctively... maybe even out of practice, given the times he had faced this very situation, Spider-Man leaped out of the way, and went into an immediate barrage of somersaults, landing on an opposite wall.

"Boy, Hermy. When it comes to aim, you make Dick Cheney look like Bullseye!"

"SHUT THE HELL UP!!!", Shocker screamed, before looking up, noticing that the building above him was beginning to shake. "Why do you keep tormenting me?!"

"The same reason you rob liquor stores in Harlem, in broad daylight, Shocks...", Spider-Man shot back, leaping over to him, and sending a sharp kick to his face. "I just never get tired of it!"

The Shocker fell limp, immediately, as Spider-Man shot his wrist up, and fired webbing into the air, catching the debris that slowly crumbled from the building and flew towards them. Spider-Man looked back, as the stunned bystanders stared at him.

"Uh... once again, the day is saved! Thanks to... the Powerpuff Girls?"

They continued to stare. Spider-Man sighed, again, even louder.

"Oi. This day just keeps getting lamer by the second..."

Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: Fifteen year old Peter Parker posesses the abilities of arachnid based strength, agility, precognitive senses of danger, grace, and the ability to walk on walls. Alternative to his abilities are a pair of wristcuffs, which enable him to shoot a sticky substance from his wrist that he's self-invented. The substance is similar to a webbing, allowing him to entrap his opponents aswell as swing through the city with ease.

Peter Parker was a normal teenager struggling to fit into modern society, being classified as a 'bookworm' by his fellow students. But a bite from a chemically infused spider subject on a class fieldtrip changed everything. First thrilled by his new powers, Peter entered a wrestling competition and wowed the crowd, gaining fame and fortune, something he always wished for. But when his uncle was murdered by a common thug he let get away, prior, because of his ego, Peter learned that with great power, comes great responsibility. Endowed and haunted by this, Peter strives to do the responsible thing as a crimefighter, and a labelled menace, hoping to make the world a better place as The Amazing Spider-Man.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. I've read *nearly* every issue of Ultimate Spider-Man to date. That's a rare thing for me to say about any character. So I feel I know him pretty well.

2. Considering my experience with the character in other RPG's, I'd be less peeved if 9X17 ever came back to claim him. Infact, I'd willingly give him back.

3. Spider-Man is my favorite character in any incarnation of Marvel. Ultimate is no exception... I feel this version brings alot more to me, story wise, than just about any other could.

What can you bring to this game? Insight on the history of where this character's been, in both the RPG and the comics. I also have quite an extensive history with both the RPG and the character, so there's experience. Beyond that, I'm very confident that I can be dedicated to this character, more than I am others, because of my level of fandom for this version of Spidey.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: Once or twice, depending on real life scheduling. I definitely intend to post more in this RPG than I have, shamefully, as Iron Man, who I'll also try to post more as.

Robert Reynolds was a worker at a Top Secret Government facility in Arizona. One day, he was caught in the blast of a testing of a new, revolutionary WoMD. After examining him, the Government deduced that he had undergone no physical changes. However, his mind was lost. Reynolds began babbling about "The Void." In an effort to cover their tracks, the Government shut down and abandoned the facility, and they put Reynolds into an institution for the mentally ill.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. He's one of a few popular characters that have not been Ultimatized. (Now, I'm not counting that character in the UFF story "Crossovers" because he was never called Sentry, persay, and he was from a different dimension.)

2. He has been widely regarded as one of the Top 3 Strongest Characters in the (616) Marvel Universe. It's time to claim that glory here.

3. He can be a little more hands-on than Spider-Woman.

His sense of taste was made more acute, granting him the ability to feel subtle changes in temperature. Lastly, Murdock's sense of hearing has given him superhuman balance. He can climb across any surface and, while hearing wind currents, can "see" the events happening before him using echolocation.

Both have been portrayed by quite a few RPers, but the longest to play Venom was Venom160. The last person to play Venom was Syn, and he had Eddie Brock trying to unbond from the Venom suit, if I recall correctly. Doc Ock hasn't been played for awhile, to my knowledge.

Last person to play Ock was Watchman. Ock joined forces with a group of villains led by Loki who were trying to defeat the Ultimates. He got his ass handed to him by the Sandman and some SHIELD agents. The Sandman was being forced to work for SHIELD at the time.

Last we saw of Venom, the symbiote had left Eddie Brock Jr. and bonded with the clone, Kaine. I'm not sure if anyone was going to resolve that plot or not...
