i didn't originally it said he's dead, and i said she's dead as in the person that got hit. he later edited his post but my quoting is what he originally said. it's confusing, i know, either way it is a tragic thing, and i am sure john will relive that day over and over for the rest of his life :(.

Exactly. To say nothing of the fact that Singleton IMMEDIATELY contacted the police and remained at the scene. It was an accident.

I bet Singleton must be really remorseful over this, thats one of my biggest fears accidentally hitting someone while driving. Ugh, I wouldn't want to be in the emotional state he's probably in right now. I wonder how this will affect his future film style???
