They are both good people, but probably got married for all the wrong reasons. They got married after she got pregnant. He probably felt responsible, and while in the short run it worked, the reality is that marrying someone for that reason is not enough to normally make a marriage last in this day and age.

there is a good reason why God said Marriage before Sex. make sure you love that person before you "get it on", not just because she looked hot. most of my family (on my moms side) has done this and it seems to work. must be logic behind this.
