Okay jag,

The keypad on my laptop (separate from the keyboard, the calculator one to the right) is not working at all. The light for Num Lock is on too.

What's the problem? :csad:

wait what? the Numpad? Fran if it's just the numpad that's not working the first thing you should check is the Num Lock...

Hmmm.... right click my computer, then go to properties. click hardware. device manager. Get back to me with the name of your keyboard. You could also go into control panel classic view, then click keyboard then hardware. the name is there. give me the name. Also go to troubleshoot. follow the steps. Still not working? Click on properties (beside trouble shoot) then click hardware. Click the Driver tab. then click update driver. if those don't work let me know.
