PSN Down?

I was just getting in to play COD4 online when I had a message telling me that I need to be signed in. So I closed the game and the status is sitting on "Signing in..." regardless of what account I use

Is it just me or is the PSN down as the network status page simply says it's online

Looks like it is down. I just tried to go into Warhawk and it would connect.

It was fluttering on and off near my area Sat-Mon.

I had trouble getting on anything at all as it wouldn't obtain an IP address. In the end I set up the PS3 to go through DMZ on my router. It was hell to get right but after I got that sorted it has been working like a charm.

So I don't know if it was just pure luck that it worked right after I did all of that or if there was some other problem that I fixed while setting up the DMZ. Either way it works so I'm happy.
