Anyway, I'd say this is a toss-up between Ray Park and Dennis Quaid. I think I have to give the edge to Quaid though, considering that you don't really need to act all that much to play Snake Eyes, considering the fact that he doesn't talk. You just need an awesome martial artist, which of course, Ray is.

I disagree there. It depends how complex a character they decide him to be. In fact, he might need to 'act' more since he can't use vocals to communicate.

I've gotta go with Arnold Vosloo as Zartan.

I myself, am judging by past performances not Martial Arts talent or the status of an actor or anything, but the performance of an actor and Arnold Vosloo proved to me that he plays a damn good bad guy. Plus, he looks a hell of a lot like Zartan to me.

I would've said Ray Park as Snake Eyes and be done with it, but I might not be seeing his acting abilities at work here, he could be behind a mask throughout the whole film and never speak a word. I understand acting through the mask, which many actors have done successfully, but I still rather see an actors face when they perform. Vosloo will have dialogue and I will see his face and his acting abilities at work.

There are some other good casting choices, but I'm in favor of Vosloo as Zartan, and Zartan's not even my favorite character.

Ray Pork is my fovorite pock out of the cost so for. He's used to octing through mosks, like in Stor Wors Episode I: The Phontom Monace and X-Mon. Also, he's got the mortial arts skolls nocessary for the port.

Ray Park as Snake Eyes & Dennis Quaid as Hawk is a tie. I think Vosloo lost out because he has no hair, and Scarlett Rachel Nichols is too young.

So its Ray Park for me...he'll have more to do. Quaid will probably play Hawk behind the scenes, in the background.
