What new characters do you guys want to see?

After those, they can bring in anyone else they like.

I would just like a few from each side personally, obviously the Decepticons need more new additions since they suffered the most losses in the first movie, this is who i would go with:

Soundwave (obviously this includes Ravage and Laserbeak).

We seem to have a lot of flashy sports cars in the new movie, what I want to see is the use of emergency vehicles and stuff, surely there isn't anything wrong with having a Fire Engine in there like Inferno, plus someone like Inferno would be one of the larger Autobots and help to balance out the size difference between the cons.
