I was wondering if you were to put Beachhead in this movie would anyone be upset over the character change of him not being an Army dive expert and instead a Navy Seal. I always thought this fit Beach head alot better due to his personality and training?

Actually, all these years I thought he was a Navy Seal, because of the way he was portrayed in the cartoons, and the fairly high rank he had in the Joe organization. Plus, his mask looked like it was knit fabric, which wouldn't be great for diving. I never read his file card, though.

Yeah i thought that two until I read his card and it said Army i was like wait thats a mistake right? but i guess the Creator has an hard on for the Army or something because if you look at it of al the main characters 3 are not army
Snake Eyes, Gung Ho, and Rock and Roll with Scarlett,Duke,Flint,Roadblock,Mainframe,Colonel Hawk, Wild Bill(I think),Doc,etc... just seems imbalanced I must admit though Beach head (to me) is The Biggest badass on the Joes

I don't mean at all or ever, I just mean it would probably be a one-scene thing, or very limited. Especially depending on the look of the film and who they would end up casting. Just like Destro being maskless for a big portion of the script.

You know i always hoped this film would have a Blackhawk down feel to it but they are talking about it like its the next James bond.

Seals dont only do dives though for example the covert operations like the seals did to help take down Pablo Escobar The knit mask would have worked.

^^ Too good looking. I've always pictured Beachhead to be one ugly MF under his mask. Not because of scars, like Snake Eyes, but genetics and/or inbreeding.

Beachead isn't a dive specialist, he's an army ranger and trained in the army airborne also. He was covert ops specialist though before joining the Joes.

I think Lucas Black from The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and Jarhead would make a good Beachhead.

That's a perfect choice, actually. I can almost imagine Adam delivering some good ol'boy outrage at some of the weaker Joe, like in the otherwise terrible Cobra-La movie.

I repeal my previous statement I was tired and thinking of the wrong Baldwin. But yeah I agree completely if he was in it that would rock. And didn't realize he was in Full Metal Jacket now must watch it again.

Lol when I was younger I always saw Billy Idol as Rock & Roll, but that was then.
