They were very supportive of each other.

But he definitely touched me in a great way and my love for the character hasn't faded since then. He's a great role model to have. One of the best. I like it when they don't go overboard with "Superman dumb, Bats weak" scenario. When it's overdone it ticks me off a little, that's all. Do they HAVE to dumb down Superman to make Batman look like a smartass and DA MAN, do they HAVE to make Superman save the day/save Batman when Batman can obviously take care of himself? It's so much more interesting when there's real team work, both heroes in their "element" doing what they do best.

Maybe I'm in the minority here but I'd prefer if both characters (and not just my fave Superman) retained their dignity when working together. It's like one of them has to be "favoured" at the expense of the other. Lame. At the end of the story you should feel both characters had equal share of the good and the bad.

i think the possibility is definitely there. perhaps something using batman villains. i think luthor, even though he's overused, is the only down to earth superman villain. i think he'd be good to use in a nice classic story. because luthor can be involved with gotham and bruce wayne as well as superman. and then maybe joker can terrorize metropolis. who knows? there's a lot to be done. and i'm sure one day you'll get your wish
