This Venom is no where on the same level as Spectacular Venom. Just look at the biceps in those gifs. His arms are bigger than his waist.

Hey, when did the size restrictions for avatars change?
I had noticed that people with less than 6,000 posts were using 100x100 avatars, and people with less than 3,000 posts were using 75x75 avatars. So I tried changing mine to a 75x75 and as you can see it worked. I also tried a 100x100 and it worked as well.

Hm, why some people can have bigger avatars? Unfortunately for me, I can only have avatars that are 50 by 50 or 20 KB (whichever is smaller), while others can have 100 by 100. That sucks!

What are "Gifs"?

Sorry Dusk, I probably should have clarified that. My bad. :p

I know this will make me looke like a noob (can't believe I jsut said that) but can someone tell me how to make gifs? I'm tired of using pictures and I wanna use videos.

It's actually not all that difficult if you have the proper tools. The most important of which would be a graphics editor that can handle gifs and animations. I personally use Adobe ImageReady to edit and create gifs.

After I choose the scene I want, I take frame by frame screen caps in a program like Windows Movie Maker and save them to a new folder. I usually take caps from a DVD but since season two of Spectacular Spider-Man isn't out on DVD yet I have to settle for videos yanked from YouTube (which works fine but the quality suffers quite a bit as you all can tell).

After I have all the pictures I need, I import the folder as frames which automatically lays the images out in proper succession (you could also do it manually if you wanted but for the sake of laziness, let's not).

From this point you can edit your animation whichever way you like. Crop it, delete or add frames to make it run smoother, adjust the speed/file size, etc...

When you're happy with it, save the optimized animation in gif format and you should wind up with something like this...

Pause the video where you want it, then click the "take picture" button which should be located on the far right of the control panel directly under the video viewer (if you're using Windows Vista then I think you may have to go into the Tools menu at the top of the screen and choose "take picture from preview" for each frame).

After you save the first frame you want click the "next frame" button on the control panel to move up a frame and save again. Repeat this over and over until you have all the pics you want...or just get tired of doing it. :oldrazz:
