easy, AzBat figured it out on 4/2. just change the last digit of the jpg link of Notaro gtp00339.jpg to say, gtp00338.jpg
voila! actually was so blatantly obvious, too, if you like checking around websites on flickr.
ps: the photos have some editing done to them. look at his shades. Those aren't real reflections.
EDIT: fyi:
gtp00337.jpg is 300 dpi
gtp00338.jpg is 72 dpi
gtp00340.jpg is 486 dpi
that's one big clue.

I've checked the EXIF header info on each of the photos using EXIF Reader & EXIF Tool, didn't find anything out of the ordinary, but then again I've never looked at EXIF header info before either.
Here's the date/time stamps for each of the files...
gtp00337.jpg 2008:03:21 - 10:46:04
gtp00338.jpg 2008:03:21 - 10:41:48
gtp00339.jpg 2008:03:31 - 14:54:43
gtp00340.jpg 2008:03:21 - 10:43:03
Something about the photos has always bugged me. The first one with his lady friend is a totally different guy than the next 3. Maybe that's James Levine and the other 3 are Frank Notaro?

Yeah, I just seen them. Pretty freaking cool. And when I found those original images I thought they didn't have nothing to do with the contest. LOL Who knew? :D Well, if I never help solve another part of the game, it will all be OK. ;)

I keep checking the Times site every couple hours. Between the voicemail and the fact that Levine was present for the Rossi's showdown, and the fact that the other sites have been updated, there just has to be a new one soon.
There just has to be.

here's a question: if it was photoshopped in, does it mean it's a clue? It looks like a roof or ocean dock. strangely, it looks like the roof.

Not always Sushi :P :)
The blue eyed parents may have recessive genes of other eye colors that can be stronger than the dominant blue eye genes. Thus, the stronger recessive genes may become dominant and become the alternate eye color.
Almost all babies have blue eyes because the iris has not yet made brown pigment (called melanin) that colors the iris. It is, however, common for babies to have blue eyes at 2 weeks. Usually, the iris doesn't make enough melanin until about 3 years of age to determine final color.

My sister and I have blue eyes, light skin and light hair.
My mother has dark skin, brown eyes, and black hair.
My dad had tan skin, brown eyes and black hair.
We get our traits from my dad's grandmother and my mother's grandfather.
so it doesn't always happen that way.

but if their grandparents were also blue eyed, then the kid couldn't be. (if that's a factor, then I'll revisit it later on in a thread, "Notaro Family Tree of Boredom".)
more importantly. Is Barhyte definitively the guy who busted Mcree and Breitup at the House of Pies? I find it interesting that if Barhyte's the kind of guy to do his own busts, he'd also be always on the move to pick up any chatter regarding any of his investigations.
And, Captain Wilco would probably notify IAD that their boy Notaro is doing something, which means IAD is most definitely down there with them at the standoff. And if not Barhyte (if he really is in the "hospital"), then one of his "associates". Someone's dirty in IAD....

That would be true if the colors reversed. Blue eyes is the recessive gene in comparison to brown, and as far as babies, that is true, but this 2 (guessing) year old boy is brown eyed already. See below....
My sister and I have blue eyes, light skin and light hair.
My mother has dark skin, brown eyes, and black hair.
My dad had tan skin, brown eyes and black hair.
We get our traits from my dad's grandmother and my mother's grandfather.
so it doesn't always happen that way.
Again you have it backward though. You and your sister have blue eyes because it is a recessive gene. By luck, you got your mom AND dad's blue eye genes and therefor you have blue eyes. If you got the brown gene from your mother or your father, you would have ended up with brown eyes. Anyone on this planet who has blue eyes as an adult has two blue genes. Therefor, if two blue eyed parents have a kid, it is a genetic impossiblity for them to have a brown eyed child. They don't have the brown gene to pass on because they would be brown eyed if they did.
What does this all mean? Maybe it wasn't Notaro's kid, he or his wife had an affair. Maybe it's some friend's kid. Maybe Hannah isn't the one in the photo and she's really brown eyed. Maybe 42 overlooked the eye color when they cast the kid and it's all just an accident. Maybe it means nothing. We will only know for certain some time down the road as the story develops.

Something I was thinking about...
In the timeline of the viral, has the prologue not happened yet?
We know that the school district lost bus 22 months ago, but there has been no mention of the robbery on the GNB website, or in the Gotham Times, or by the Joker, or in any of the GPD sites, or in any of the emails or voicemails. No mention in any of the virals.
Are we to believe that the Joker has stowed the bus for future use, and that the prologue has yet to happen in the virals? Or that somehow the mob managed to keep the job quiet?
And is this of any significance whatsoever?

The film hasn't even been shown yet and the robbery is the first thing in the film. Timeline wise, no.....it hasn't happened yet. If it had, I believe that The Gotham Times would of been all over it by now.

I think he's stowing it, myself. Or at least, someone in his gang is. He'd probably want to put some time between stealing the bus and pulling the heist so that people would have stopped paying attention to the bus story before they found out about the bank story, and the chance of anyone putting two and two together would be virtually nil.

If the robbery has already happened, then the mob hushed it up, and there is nothing for the GT to report. A bunch of criminals got killed, some mob money was taken, and they would rather cover it up than answer questions and open their bank books to investigators.
Joker knows that - it is like taking money from a crack house. Who they gonna report it to?
Why would you worry about a bus theft being linked to a bank robbery? Steal them both at the same time - less chance of somebody being on the lookout for a big yellow bus with the number 22 on the side, especially if you use it before it is reported stolen.
