If I had to guess here's how I see it happening:

Sam keeps having nightmares which starts driving him slowly mad. The radiation from being in close proximity with all the Transformers on top of direct contact with the All Spark (didn't Sector 7 always wear protective gear when around it?) is causing the nightmares.

Because he's somehow connected to Megatron, he starts flashing on their early history. He finds out that Megatron answered to someone else -- namely The Fallen. Sam tells Bumblebee who gets freaked out as it's a big Transformer legend or some such.

The nightmares increase in intensity, culminating in Sam acting out his dreams unconsciously (stabbing his hand)

True. More than likely he's in the film. That scene where Optimus is trashed is the best indication.

Still, like the first film, I see him dormant for most of the film when he's trotted out for the Prime fight.

Maybe Prime is so trashed that Jetfire switches allegiances at that point and tries to save him by bonding with him or something?

Megatron being pick up by US Airforce carriers? You got to be crazy, why would they? From the Super Bowl spot I believe it's just a sequence showing more Decepticons coming into Earth, it has nothing to do with reviving Megatron. So far from the concept art and what we have seen in the TV spot, Ravage looks exactly how the concept art is. I would guarentee that Megatron will look exactly like his concept design. In his concept design it shows him with a crab hammer on his right arm, why would he have a crab hammer like arm if it isn't a indication that Scorpionok revive him (scarificing his spark)?

As for Ravage, his beat form is just that. I don't think he will be transforming into anything else. Remember he attachs to Soundwave just like how Frenzy was to Barricade.

As others have said though why would Sam dream of a totally different version of Megatron to the one he knows? It just wouldnt make sense, although the scene were Optimus gets hit in the forest does look like a dream sequence.

Yeah I don't think the Audi is Barricade. In the begining of this thread we see two Barricades being moved to location, so that means he is in the movie. Well yes he could have been damaged and switched to the Audi. Except we see the Audi in the begining of the movie so unless Barricade gets damaged enough in the first 5 minutes, I believe that the Audi is another transformer and Barricade will remain his Cop Car.

I hope he doesn't sound exactly like how he did at the end of the 1st one; he seem lifeless. Ironhide, Ratchet and Optimus all have decent tone to their voice making them see more real emotionally.

I doubt the teaser trailer will show more than what has already been revealed to us. Teaser trailers are just just to tease and I think it'll be similar to the TV spot. Remember for Transformers 1 we didn't see the theaterical trailers until May before the July release. I think it'll be similar for this 2nd one too, we probably won't see anything major until April or May.

I really hope they don't do any dream sequence or even incorporated the idea of a dream of Megatron into the movie....it'll be like Revenge of the Sith with Sam turning to the Decepticon side. That would suck!

Because he was a Transformer crossed with a chicken. I know he's the airborne Transformer, no need to put hints of a vulture or whatever into his design.

And the proportions were just off. Giant torso, arms almost dragging the ground, bird legs. His protoform looked good, even had hints of his G1 design, but after he scanned the plane he turned into crap.

I thought Starscreams design in the first movie was awesome, I dont see why so many had a problem with it.

Exactly; Starscream looks fine...he was my favorite Decepticon from the first film, just because he took out BOTH Ratchet and Ironhide in the final battle. And the way he looks is fine as well. He doesn't resemble a chicken; I think the "bulkiness" around his chest was to show how strong he is and to show his statue.

So he's a Decepticon spy, working in the ranks of the Autobots...makes sense; Frenzy, to me, seemed like a spy(makes sense since he had blue eyes)...Frenzy wasn't working WITH the Autobots, so it would be cool to see how this works...and with the size, it seems most logical that Mikaela will be the one destroying Wheelie.

I can't be 100% sure because no one truly knows what a robotic penis looks like on film. I can only assume that the long metallic cylindrical structure between the legs of a male transformer is the robotic representation of male genetilia.

if you have a look at the transformation instructions tho - the tail isn't supposed to be pointed down that way... nor are the legs supposed to be pointed outwards (crab styles) :)

Now these pictures look alot more badass than the ones with the tail. i guess someone didn't know how to transform him correctly? In the last shot he look almost like one of the bots in Halo. From what I read all the red rubber that are feature around his arms, head and body are going to be flames when he is feature in the film, that should look cool. As you can see there are certain shots that doesn't show him with that red rubber around his head.

The original poster was really a teaser that shows a black overcast with a gloomy face on it, we really don't know what his true colors are. In the 2nd fine tune poster image where someone raise the shadow areas it still doesn't justify the true color. We'll just have to wait and see.

Probably not. It's just to show the size of the toy only.

These leaked toys come from factory workers in China. What info they have comes only from the toys and their packaging designs. They wouldn't have much knowledge of actual scenes from the film. I doubt they know they true size scale of the Fallen in the movie.

Devastator looks like a beast....a metal beast of carnage. i really can't wait to see him in action!!

He is gonna make the Autobots lubricate themselves.

My biggest gripe with the first movie, apart form Bumblebee and Prime, was when robots collided it was hard to distinguish what was going on the first time or two watching.

The new designs I've seen thus far (the rumored megatron, ravage, now devastator and fallen) are more distinct and MUCH, MUCH better than the designs of the last film.

The pic of the devastator show that he's shoulders and maybe body are RH 400, but the transformers from the teaser is not in that color and it's says RN 400?

I have a feeling that some of the colors may have changed. Maybe the RN 400 has red that we didn't to see? Who knows...either way its awesome

Yeah, I updated the original pic, dunno why it didn't update here.

I checked all the sizes of the construction vehicles and they're roughly 28-33' in vehicle mode. Optimus' height falls within that range as well depending on who you ask.

Which would put Devastator at roughly 150' hunched over, in theory.

Not sure if you'll see one. I remember reading something saying he's going to be very gorilla like, so I assume he'll be hunched over like that most/if not all of the time.

RH400 in vehicle mode is the same size as Optimus.

Hard to say how the vehicle modes transform from truck to leg, but the updated pic is scaled better.

And with the news that Devastator is 100-120 feet tall, it's not too far off.
