HOBGOBLIN! Goblins and only goblins done right! Not that they weren't in the animated series, but their stories were poor (except for the first Hobgoblin episodes, which are the best of the series) Maybe later in the show (4th/5th season) I would like to see Jackal and the clone saga, but not as it was in the previous show.

I am really interested in seeing Mysterio and Scorpion.

And most of all I would like to see Jack O'lantern, but only if this show lasts for a longer period and becomes darker till the 3rd or 4rth season.

As we know that this seasons finale will be with Venom, I hope we see Carnage later, but without Mordo and Dormamu... that was retarded!

For season 2 finale I want a Goblin Saga, with Gwen Stacy's death, but only if Green Goblin would be a main villain for that season, like the Big Man is.

This show is SPECTACULAR! And I hope they stay on the right path for the last season, not like the previous show that strayed from that path with the third season.

I really hope we get to see some of the rogues that weren't featured in the 90s toon. Im loving the new takes on each character so far but I'd love to see something new, bearing in mind these would be totally new villains to viewers that don't read the comics and who are only familar with the previous cartoons and movies.

Personally I would love it if they eventually strayed from the 'classic era' badguys aswell. True, they are Spideys greatest foes, but as someone who grew up on the 90s stuff it would be nice to see some of those guys get the same great treatment (sort out decent origins, development etc.)

I'd really love to see some of Spidey's fellow Superheroes making an appearance. I suppose Daredevil, Wolverine and the Fantastic 4 are out of the question with Fox hogging the rights to those characters ala Kingpin. :(

Bloody Fox. I mean Wolverine and the X-Men has already got an episode featuring Nick Fury and the Hulk. Why can't they allow Kingpin in SSM?

The Punisher on the other hand. Would Lionsgate let Weisman use Castle? I hope Lionsgate will lose the rights soon too.

Still I'd really like to see Iron Man and possibly Captain America. But really I'd prefer Daredevil and Human Torch above all. And throw Frank Castle in for good measure.

No. Um, I like Scorpion quite a bit.

Geldoff was going to appear in the 2003 MTV Spiderman. :wow: There's production art for him in the DvD and he actually looks a lot different and cooler than his Ultimate counterpart. Think Zombie Biker. I DK what Bendis' fascination with this guy is, but if they combined the style of the MTV one and the powers from the USM one, I wouldn't mind seeing Geldoff at all.

I want to see Spot for the fighting. Under the SSM team, it'd be amazing.

I want to see Humbug. He was introduced in the 80s and used sound for weapons. Give him a new name like the Cricket (have Spidey crack at the name Humbug or go MiB style and pull out the Noisy Cricket) and some new powers, like the ability to jump (agility), and youre set with a very unique villain. I'd imagine he'd be like the villain from Batman Beyond.

Carnage (from the looks of it, the producers are leaning towards having more symbiote character b/c of the cameo of Cletus Cassidy in one of the upcoming season 2 episodes, certainly gave a good enough intro to his character incarcerated in RavenCroft.

Beetle (totally nostalgia i loved him in the 80's cartoon it was awesome)

Hydroman (his alter-ego Morris Bench will be introduced and i hope the produces make him a villain in another season)

I wouldn't mind seeing Ol' Six Arms. They could introduce Morbius or use Miles Warren's generic experimentation obsession to do it somehow. Since the fan consensus clamors for Capt. Stacy to die, this could be the way to work it in and stay faithful to the comics. (And bring back the Lizard to boot!)

OMG, I can't wait till Carter gets more development in his transition to the Sin-Eater. That should be a dark story. I think it would probably be done during the DTV movies after the show ends to be done justice.

Word. So far, it's pretty much just been Sable. Calypso didn't do much and Cat's not really a villain, just a bad...bad girl. So yeah, White Rabbit and hopefully Scream in my hypothetical Symbiote ivasion idea.

beetle(alter ego) i believe is due to show up in one of the last episodes. Carnage possibly 3rd season but greg isnt a fan of the character. Hobgoblin is pegged for season 3 if we get it, along with scorpion. Jackal is likely to happen also next season since we got miles this season. Doubt we would see stegron, or the rose(richard fisk version not likely). I would love to see hydroman, smythe's, and see felicia. Most figure since they made kraven beastial form they might have merged elements of puma with him.

The Prowler (so Hobie can *frinally* get some lines!)
Moonstone (not technically a Spidey villain, but she was in some issues before making it onto the Masters of Evil, and Spidey needs a good female adversary).
Tarantula (Not a character I much cared for, but he has a good motif and might be made to work)
Rocket Racer/Big Wheel (These guys are dumb, yet somehow endearing).
Madame Web (perhaps using her as a reason to bring in Morlun)

Would not like to see:
Clones
Carnage
Morbius (I never cared for him, sorry)
Kangaroo/Grizzly/Gibbon (though I could see them working as a pack of joke distraction villains)
The Beyonder or any hint of Secret Wars
Even the faontest suggestion of a Doc Ock/Aunt May romance. No! No! No!

However, I'll add the caveat that Greg and company have managed to remove some of the sillier aspects to a number of villains (the Enforcers seem like a much more serious threat here than they ever were in the comics; Hammerhead is cool and reasonably competent and not blowing up nuclear reactors with his head.) They may be able to do some good material with some of the characters I dislike.
