Hey all, I was thinking, "what if we all get together and post on the same hour of a day once a week?" That doesn't mean ONLY post on that day, it just means that, if everyone can set aside that one hour to post in their RPG, just think how much we could advance in each story/arc, season, type etc!

I propose Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00 pm Eastern time starting May 21st.

Are you all willing to take part in these SHHRPG Raids? :word:

Yeah, the whole fact that I can just log on and post whenever I feel like it is why I like forum RPGs over MMOs. Plus, a lot of my posts take more than an hour to write.

I'm usually also doing one or two other things while coming up with a post. I have a really short attention span whilst on the Inter-web.

Y'know A-Man, I'd worry more about your own posting output than ours.

It made me happy to see this as the second post.

Well A-Man didn't say this would be the only time we post. We'd all just be required to post so slackers would at least get one post in a week.

And while getting slackers to post a bit more could help some stories move along a lot, I think that could be better accomplished by enforcing time restriction for those RPG's it fits (like the two-week rule in some), and putting the fear of losing their characters into them.

Haha, I didn't mean it to me a forcing thing and for it to be mandatory I was saying if it was an event! Just think how much we could accomplish if we were all on at once? Instead waiting a week for someone to reply to you, then you wait a week to reply to them, you'd only have to wait a minute and that would mean you could fit more into your arc.

It can't be done for the one simple fact. Some of us have lives.:o

It can be VERY inconvenient to get Player A, who lives in Singapore, Player B, who lives in England, Player C, who lives in Finland and players D - G who live in various parts of the United States and Canada to be able to show up at a specific time.
