Its some sort of mask. In the classic comics it is some mask and he would put other masks on top to look like other people.

Almost positive that we've never seen his real face before.

they have revealed his face (in the comics) but he has no features and no nose.

for the record I perfer the SSM approach of make-up rather than future tech. the show is pretty grounded in reality (other than the fanastic powers the villians and hero possess).

he also wears it because he is unsatisfied with how his real face actualy looks and doesn't want to look at himself or let other seem his face so he wears a mask

I wish he kinda looked like ultimate deadpool without an actual face anymore and has since forgotten what he actually looks like, as if he has lost himself in his espionage role...

I'd always assumed that the white "mask" was his real face, and that he had some kind of surgery to be like that so that he could wear any kind of mask without his own features distorting it.

It's to permit better disguise. In something I read a while back, a character went to the extent to brack all the bones of his face, his nose and cut his lips in order to flatten his face completely, it permits to put almost any other "face".

That explains his comic book face, but here it looks like he's wearing a mask that flattens his head enough for that.
