i don't consider Dr.Strangelove a comedy, i only wacthed half of it and the half i watched didn't come off as a comedy at all, it seemed more as a drama... i don't understand how people thought it was funny to be considered a comedy. all i saw was drama.

Im not a fan of comedies in the film medium, while they're basically the only things I watch on tv. I guess I just have a weird sense of humour, I guess...

I don't know if I can think of 15 comedies I enjoyed, let alone rank them. Here's a list of ones I do rate highly

Anchorman
Borat
In Bruges (black comedy is comedy nonetheless and is more my thing)
Burn After Reading
Ghostbusters
Life Of Brian
Team America: World Police

I can't really think of anymore right now. I wish I could put Gran Torino in there 9joking, of course)

Then there's my number one choice for best comedy film and the only comedy that could crack my top ten movies list- South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut

tyler-durden

In Bruges (black comedy is comedy nonetheless and is more my thing)

What a vastly underrated movie. This is the first movie in which I've actually like Colin Farrell as an actor. I don't know that it's one of the 15 greatest comedies ever made, but it's very solid.
