Resident Evil's Alice vs. Jason Bourne

Kind of a pointless poll, but in a fight to the death, who will come out on top? Alice or Bourne?

Both of whom have lost their memory and both were trained by the government to be a highly trained fighter and killer.

I would think Alice would win due to her psychic powers, but Bourne is much more smarter and able to think on his feet like the pro that he is.

Bourne is just a regular human with no superhuman powers, etc. Alice is a horribly written character in a horrible film franchise that happens to have superhuman powers.
