If they are referring to what the CFB website states, it only says that they will find a way to show what goes down live, online, for those who cannot make it to NY or Chicago. Nothing about online/ground troops cooperation, but you never know.

Obviously I won't be able to make it considering that I am in Florida. But I sending my cousin and his four friends to go to the event in my behalf and they'll call me once they arrive, also guaranteeing me swag if there is any since I informed them of the event in the first place. I am just wondering what they are going to do at this event.

They wont release footage because it is too close to the release of the movie. No trailer because of the same reason.

I have a feeling that they are going to do a march type thing and have the people dress as the Batman or in CFB clothing.

That is my only reason if they say that they are going to have a live feed for the event that they are doing in Chicago and New York.

You do have a valid point but I dont think with a early screening. On the website it said that they are going to have a live feed at the location for all the people that could not make it to the event. That is my first clue that there will not be any footage shown.

I could see it either way. On one hand, nothing says anything about people online getting to do anything but watch a live feed. But then again there's precedent from the President's game. There was a counter on the site and there were Lat/Lon coordinates. Personally, I don't care either way.

I could see a Live show happening. At the Dallas event for ItsAllPartOfThePlan the 42 guys/gals were all in character acting out. I could see them putting on a show. Batman showing up, or maybe the Joker shows up and does something like he's suppose to do in the movie? There's all kinds of neat things they could do.

I think it is just precautionary. They said there would be an online component (even if it is just a feed) and it might be best to be prepared just in case. They kind of saved our bacon the last time around, not that this is going to be like last time, I'm just saying...

On the otherhand, they haven't told us that we will need an online partner, which they have done everytime there has been a puzzle. And, there is no evidence whatsoever that this is a Joker related (or coordinated) event, and he is the only one who has given us puzzles or hunts of any kind.

If I had to guess, I'd say

35% Chance that it will be some kind of pro-batman rally, maybe they pass out shirts or signs, signup forms/instructions to recruit others, then they film them and use them in a Gotham Tonight where they interview Douglas.

25% Chance we prowl the streets with CFB leaders and break up/watch them break up some staged mugging or something

15% Of spotting a Batman of Tumbler sighting/driveby

10% Chance they screen some kind of clip from the movie or trailer, either in a theater or on the side of a big building (if only there was one near by...)

10% CFB leaders get taken out by Joker goons (Or arrested by Gotham police, maybe even Chicago police if the last viral was any indication)

5% Chance of a batman themed fireworks show or bat-signal unveiling

The only reason I'd say no Bale is to keep up the integrity of the virals. What I mean is.......we all *know* who he is, but CFB people wouldn't. So if batman or bruce were to show up, someone would be yelling out OMG its Bruce or Bats, which ruins the illusion. One of the things I love about this viral is the integrity of the 4th wall.....for the most part ;)

I'm thinking it will be a Batman signal unvieling. The metroplitian areas would be great for that kind of show. Although it won't be fireworks. To my knowledge they're banned in NY at least.

I don't think it will be tickets, all the good shows for the navy pier IMAX sold out on like the first day (I bought 4).

But a bat signal would be amazing. I don't care what it is, we know it's going to be cool because 42E thought it would only be possible to pull of in TWO cities (not 30).

early screening i personally think isn't out of the cards because by Tuesday it will be less than 10 days till the release, and many more reviewers will be watching screener s, so why not let die hards see it IN THE MAIN FILMING LOCATION . In the Chicago feature for comcast they were talking how Chicago gave the crew the keys to the city.. now maybe they are paying its cities local residents back lol

Well, trailers are kosher, but that's actually the two minute clip from the DVD set, which happens to be the footage shown at Wizard World a long time ago and just as with the blu-ray prologue, this has not been released through official channels. But isn't explicitly verboten, not yet anyway.

Plus, if that is considered a trailer it would be #6 as we have the teaser, trailers 2 and 3, then the alternate (U.K.) trailer and then the Dominos trailer.

What I usually do is stop at the Kiss and ride at rosemont blue line. It's $3 and the blue line will take you pretty close to where you want to be. BUT if you have to drive to Chicago I wouldn't worry TOO much about parking considering the time. If you were to arrive around 7pm (like me) you shouldn't have a problem finding a parking meter.

SO MEETINGS AT 9. I say we pick a spot and a time earlier on and meet up, then converge around 8pm to adams and wacker. Remember, the CHICAGO POLICE do not play! They dispersed the Harvey Dent People In Less then 11 minutes on one Chicago stop. In Chicago, more than 2 people gathering constitutes a mob, trust me I have been arrested several times for "mob action"(and 14 for indecent exposure:hoboj:JK).I feel we would be better served meeting at a prior location and trekking it over. Just a thought, comments... suggestions...second....cheeseburgers:brucebat:

the Sears Tower is right there...we can just say we are tourists who love batman...since i'm sure everyone will be in masks, or joker make-up (i don't know why cause this is CFB). but either way, i agree, i'm not down for "corupt cops" to bust me down for havin some fun. thats all i got
