Worst Sequels To A Movie

I know there's similar threads like this, but i got this idea after watching several movies. What Movie has the worst sequels?

Ex:
The Matrix- i loved the 1st one, but the second and third one just didn't work for me.

Pirates of the Carr.- once again, the first was a masterpiece, but the second and third ones were too boring, and long.

Terminator 3: First two are awesome, but without Cameron the third fell flat on it's face. It also didn't help that there was no more story to tell but they tried to anyway.

Halloween 2 - 10: The first was a masterpiece, but like the Terminator, no more story to tell and lack of original director made them suck.

1. All of the direct to video Disney sequels.
2. Any sequel where the actor playing the main character does not return.

Same here. Although, I heard 13 redeemed itself. I didn't think it was worth seeing anyways. 11 is still good, and I don't want it tainted by any more bad sequels. Even Carl Reiner said Ocean's 12 sucked.
