Need your Opinion!

I am wanting you all to tell me if you would want this.
Many podcast's broadcast two versions

One is the standard mp3 that is considered "high quality" which like todays episode is 20-30 something MB in size

One is a small mp3, much lower quality, for those on slow bandwidth connections, making it easier for those on satellite connections or over phone lines.

What do you think of this idea?

Who uses slow internet anyways? I mean seriously, out of all the posters on the hype I'd guess only 15% have slow inter. 3% of which are using dial-up anyways. MAJORITY RULES DAMMIT! HIGH-QUALITY FO' LIFE! *BRAT*BRAT*! Represen'
