Someone needs to tell her to stop attempting to say "nuclear" because she screws it up every time, and it's especially distracting when the moderator and her opponent both say it correctly immediately before she botches it.

They aren't saying anything. You don't even hear what they're saying, they just give points. It's so freaking dumb because asides from John King they're so freaking biased.
Then change the channel.
The only thing MSNBC has is their logo with the "live" flag above it, a graphic saying "the vice presidential debate" and then popping up above that, the recent question the moderator asks.

I'm watching it on CBS in high def right now. The broadcast networks are all carrying it in high def.
Someone needs to tell her to stop attempting to say "nuclear" because she screws it up every time, and it's especially distracting when the moderator and her opponent both say it correctly immediately before she botches it.

Everyone else can trust us and the Iranians--there's nothing worse.
Biden's the most articulate speaker I've heard in the debates so far, President and Vice-President.
Agreed.
I've got to say, out of the collective 4 of them, Biden seems like the coolest guy.
Not a politician, but just as a guy...he seems genuine to me, personally. When he comments on how he needs to wrap up BC his time's winding down...
He feels natural speaking up there...Palin, on the other hand, has looked sufficiently akward the entire time.

I tried hard to be a blank slate, and judge them on their performance rather than any pre conceptions. My thoughts -
Biden - Came off as Presidential. I actually felt comfortable with the thought of him taking charge or being in an important position. He felt human, particularly when he almost broke down talking about his family's deaths.
Palin - Not 100% horrible, but I got a vibe at times that she was answering like it was a "How would you change the world" type question asked to a beauty pagent contestant. Her voice as always annoyed me...and made me semi-zone out. She also had trouble staying on topic, especially with the repeated ignoring of questions and going right back to energy bill talks.
Obama and McCain - The same, and possibly a little worse about both. Both VP candidates seemed more focused on putting down the top of the ticket rather than eachother. McCain got slammed a little more harshly, but Biden could have defended Obama a little bit better as well.
Overall, win for Biden easily.

Of course, none of the people who claimed Palin won would address the fact that she had avoid responding to many questions thrown her way. I guess their criteria for her winning was just to smile to the camera and not freeze like she did during the Couric interviews. Their bar for veep qualification is set really low for her.
