Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: Mara is very much a Jack-of-all-Trades. Or should it be Jill-of-all-Trades? Anyway, the point is that she is incredibly versatile as a character. The transition from unquestioning Empire enforcer to wise Jedi, in particular, will be a highlight of my time as Mara. Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: Darth Deceptis is in the market for an apprentice. He has been searching the galaxy for Force sensitives to turn to the Dark Side. When his story begins, he is still in search of a young Sith to stand at his side. He has allied himself with some surviving Imperial Navy crewmen aboard a Marauder-class corvette.

Background (list the history of your character here. Created Characters Must Be Thorough!): Boba Fett is the perfect clone of Jango Fett, who raised him as Jango's son. After watching his father get cut down by Jedi Master Mace Windu, Fett decides to follow in his father's footsteps and become a bounty hunter.

Fett quickly rises through the ranks and becomes the galaxy's most fearsome hunter, known for his lethal cunning and efficiency.

Fett was hired by all over the galaxy to bring in high profile targets, but no hunt is more famous than that of Han Solo. Jabba the Hutt contracted Fett to bring in th smuggler, after Solo lost one of Jabba's shipments. This led to Solo's encasement in carbonite, and eventually Fett's supposed "death" by the Sarlaac.

But Boba would not go down that easily. He escaped from the Sarlaac, and is now on a quest of revenge against the Bounty Hunters Guild, who attempted to kill Bossk and Fett.

Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: Why did I choose Boba Fett? He's freaking Boba Fett. He's the epitomy of cool and badass. He can kill pretty much anyone in the galaxy.

I plan on finishing the Bounty Hunters Guild arc, and then having Boba go back to his people, and begin to rebuild the most fearsome army the galaxy has ever seen.

What can you bring to Star Wars: The RPG: A vast, vast knowledge of the Universe and canon. If I find I have enough time, I'll even pick up another character.

Fett was hired by all over the galaxy to bring in high profile targets, but no hunt is more famous than that of Han Solo. Jabba the Hutt contracted Fett to bring in th smuggler, after Solo lost one of Jabba's shipments. This led to Solo's encasement in carbonite, and eventually Fett's supposed "death" by the Sarlaac.

But Boba would not go down that easily. He escaped from the Sarlaac, and is now on a quest of revenge against the Bounty Hunters Guild, who attempted to kill Bossk and Fett.

Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: Why did I choose Boba Fett? He's freaking Boba Fett. He's the epitomy of cool and badass. He can kill pretty much anyone in the galaxy.

I plan on finishing the Bounty Hunters Guild arc, and then having Boba go back to his people, and begin to rebuild the most fearsome army the galaxy has ever seen.

After being discovered by Darth Sidious, Starkiller is seemingly killed by Darth Vader, only to have him revived and sent to rally an army of the Empires enemies. In doing so Vader and Sidious unwittingly bring about the birth of the Rebel Alliance and the ever wavering Starkiller joins them in earnest, hoping to bring down the Empire and Vader once and for all.

Aboard the unfinished Death Star Galen fought bravely defeating Vader and Palpatine and rescuing the captured Senators. Before they could escape, Palpatine unleashed a burst of energy meant for the Senators. Galen sacarficed himself to save the Rebel Alliance and the galaxy.

Raxus Prime.

It was a junk world, the landscape made up of protuding bits of scrap, mountains of metal, the sky a scorched red.

Below the surface was more of the same, save for one small underground building. It housed the Emporer's last great secret, one he had kept for so long, the catalyst for his undoing and, as he thought, possibly his only chance at survival. He was wrong, this secret weapon never had a chance to be used. So here it stayed, in statis, locked away from the rest of the galaxy, a hidden treasure waiting to be found.

A secret apprentice.

He hadn't aged a day, the seeminly life-less body kept away from harm unknown to anyone but Darth Sidious himself, he knew that something so powerful could not be just meerly cast aside. He had to keep it for himself.

"Salvage team 01 reporting in." a voice echoed through the room as a group of individuals, walked carefully passed discarded bits of junk.

I quietly stroll onto the bridge of Home One. She's a fine ship, and it's a miracle she's still in one piece. It seems like only yesterday that me and the old girl were in the most important battle in the history of the galaxy. Us and a handful of ships versus half the Imperial fleet and the second Death Star.

The past few weeks have been quiet. Only a few pockets of Imperial resistance have engaged us in this sector, which is the complete opposite of our intel...

I'm roused from my musings by my communications officer.

"Sir, Rouge 1 has made contact."

"Very well, patch him through."

"Rouge Leader here., Admiral."

"What do you have for me, Wedge?"

"The Imperials seem to have a much larger presence in the system than we thought, Admiral. This isn't going to be the cake walk it has been so far."

"Oh I'm sure we can handle it Rogue Leader. Send me your information, and bring your boys home. They're going to need their rest."

Before I finish the sentence I see the read outs from the Rogues. The Empire outnumbers us...but not by much.

I thought things were going too well.

I head to my quarters for a quick nap. I've got a long day ahead of me.

As the years passed and the Galactic Civil War raged, Wedge proved himself time and time again and was eventually promoted to commander of the Alliance's top fighter team, Rogue Squadron. Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: Wedge is the unsung hero of SW so I want to correct that and kick him up into the big leagues :up: I plan to address his past by having him revisit Gus Talon.

"Dllr, pull up!"

Wedge Antilles winced behind his helmet visor as he wrenched his X-Wing's control stick back and sent his fighter rocketing away from the horde of enemy vessels hurtling towards him. He and his companion, fellow Rogue Dllr Nep, had been on a routine patrol mission guarding a medical delivery freighter when their radars had been illuminated with triangular blips. They had broken away from their charge to investigate, only to stumble into a barrage of weaponsfire - the same weaponsfire that Wedge now weaved his X-Wing in and out of. The haze of battle had settled upon him, and so he only distantly registered Dllr's hasty reply as he jinked and juked his way free of the one-sided firefight.

"I'm out!" Dllr yelled over the comm. "Got a good count on them, too - seven Z-95s, massively souped up."

Wedge cursed under his breath and triggered a thruster burst that altered his craft's trajectory and sent him back towards their assailants. He briskly ordered his R2 unit to open a channel to the freighter they had been escorting. "Medical freighter Galleon, this is Rogue Leader. Execute hyperspace jump to emergency rendezvous point," he ordered, before cutting the line and tuning back in to Dllr. "Okay, Dllr, we're going to have to cover the Galleon as she jumps. We'll use the moon as cover and pick 'em off one by one, okay?"

"Understood, Rogue Leader," Dllr replied. "I'll follow your lead. But maybe this time we should ask questions first and shoot later?"

"..."

"Just kidding."

"You had me worried for a second there!" Wedge chuckled, marvelling at his pilots' ability to inject humour under immense pressure for the millionth time. After all, both he and Dllr knew that asking questions wasn't one of the luxury perks that their job included.

In fact, their job didn't any luxury perks.

Wedge accelerated, feeling his X-Wing shudder beneath his control as it shot forward across the blank expanse, its engines blazing a four-lined trail. His finger curled around the firing trigger as, at his command, the targeting sensor swung down into place over his right eye. A slight grin briefly split the determination on his face; despite the danger he was facing - or rather, flying into - head-on, there was nothing more exhilirating than sitting in the cockpit of a starfighter and giving the engines a workout. At that moment, his targeting sensor chirped, and on instinct, he pressed the trigger.

Needles of energy ripped out from his X-Wing and snapped across space, cutting into one of the Z-95 Headhunters. A second burst saw it consumed by a blossoming explosion that momentarily eclipsed several of the fallen ship's allies - one of which had already been cut down by Dllr. Wedge smiled as he heard the Sullustan's whoop of delight, but quickly regretted revelling in the moment as the Headhunters returned fire. His R2 unit shrieked in horror as he forced his fighter into a downwards roll, the laser bolts whipping over head.

"Great. Countless astromechs in service of the New Republic, and I get the one that's afraid of flying..." he muttered, righting himself and gunning down another Headhunter with ease. He watched as a third angled towards him and dropped down to his level, its batteries firing furiously in an attempt to blast him into oblivion. In response, he simply dipped his X-Wing to the side, eluding the attacks, and kicked in his thrusters once again, slowing only to hit the trigger once again as he flew past it.

However, before it was torn apart by his assault, he saw something that sent a chill down his spine and brought goosebumps to his skin. A symbol that he thought he would never see again...

Dllr's voice shattered his shock. "Another ship just jumped in!"

Wedge glanced down at his screen, which confirmed Dllr's exclamation. A second later, and an identification popped onto the screen beside the blip representing the new arrival. It read Buzzzer II. His voice faltering slightly, he said, "The Galleon's jumped. We're getting out of here now Dllr."

"What's wrong, Wedge?"

"The symbol, the name of the ship." Wedge paused. "It's Loka Hask."

"Who's Loka Hask?"

Wedge swallowed hard. "The man who killed my parents."

"Dllr, pull up!"

Wedge Antilles winced behind his helmet visor as he wrenched his X-Wing's control stick back and sent his fighter rocketing away from the horde of enemy vessels hurtling towards him. He and his companion, fellow Rogue Dllr Nep, had been on a routine patrol mission guarding a medical delivery freighter when their radars had been illuminated with triangular blips. They had broken away from their charge to investigate, only to stumble into a barrage of weaponsfire - the same weaponsfire that Wedge now weaved his X-Wing in and out of. The haze of battle had settled upon him, and so he only distantly registered Dllr's hasty reply as he jinked and juked his way free of the one-sided firefight.

"I'm out!" Dllr yelled over the comm. "Got a good count on them, too - seven Z-95s, massively souped up."

Wedge cursed under his breath and triggered a thruster burst that altered his craft's trajectory and sent him back towards their assailants. He briskly ordered his R2 unit to open a channel to the freighter they had been escorting. "Medical freighter Galleon, this is Rogue Leader. Execute hyperspace jump to emergency rendezvous point," he ordered, before cutting the line and tuning back in to Dllr. "Okay, Dllr, we're going to have to cover the Galleon as she jumps. We'll use the moon as cover and pick 'em off one by one, okay?"

"Understood, Rogue Leader," Dllr replied. "I'll follow your lead. But maybe this time we should ask questions first and shoot later?"

"..."

"Just kidding."

"You had me worried for a second there!" Wedge chuckled, marvelling at his pilots' ability to inject humour under immense pressure for the millionth time. After all, both he and Dllr knew that asking questions wasn't one of the luxury perks that their job included.

In fact, their job didn't any luxury perks.

Wedge accelerated, feeling his X-Wing shudder beneath his control as it shot forward across the blank expanse, its engines blazing a four-lined trail. His finger curled around the firing trigger as, at his command, the targeting sensor swung down into place over his right eye. A slight grin briefly split the determination on his face; despite the danger he was facing - or rather, flying into - head-on, there was nothing more exhilirating than sitting in the cockpit of a starfighter and giving the engines a workout. At that moment, his targeting sensor chirped, and on instinct, he pressed the trigger.

Needles of energy ripped out from his X-Wing and snapped across space, cutting into one of the Z-95 Headhunters. A second burst saw it consumed by a blossoming explosion that momentarily eclipsed several of the fallen ship's allies - one of which had already been cut down by Dllr. Wedge smiled as he heard the Sullustan's whoop of delight, but quickly regretted revelling in the moment as the Headhunters returned fire. His R2 unit shrieked in horror as he forced his fighter into a downwards roll, the laser bolts whipping over head.

"Great. Countless astromechs in service of the New Republic, and I get the one that's afraid of flying..." he muttered, righting himself and gunning down another Headhunter with ease. He watched as a third angled towards him and dropped down to his level, its batteries firing furiously in an attempt to blast him into oblivion. In response, he simply dipped his X-Wing to the side, eluding the attacks, and kicked in his thrusters once again, slowing only to hit the trigger once again as he flew past it.

However, before it was torn apart by his assault, he saw something that sent a chill down his spine and brought goosebumps to his skin. A symbol that he thought he would never see again...

Dllr's voice shattered his shock. "Another ship just jumped in!"

Wedge glanced down at his screen, which confirmed Dllr's exclamation. A second later, and an identification popped onto the screen beside the blip representing the new arrival. It read Buzzzer II. His voice faltering slightly, he said, "The Galleon's jumped. We're getting out of here now Dllr."

"What's wrong, Wedge?"

"The symbol, the name of the ship." Wedge paused. "It's Loka Hask."

"Who's Loka Hask?"

Wedge swallowed hard. "The man who killed my parents."

A better choice would be to make up an NPC to run around with your character and not steal others and use them in, if I'm honest, character destroying ways.

Just throwing it out there, but given the times what is to stop the Sith from changing that rule? For the sake of RPG growth, maybe that old rule should be thrown out just like the Siths themselves throughout the idea of a Sith Army when they made that "two at a time" rule. I mean, since the Republic is regrowing finally maybe the Sith can see it as an opportunity to have slightly larger numbers. Just saying that when you think of a Star Wars RPG, there are 2 characters that the average person is gonna want to play: Jedi and Sith.

With wieg not having Luke's school really set up, and moreso in the workings of it, there isn't a large amount of space for Jedi character. And with the "two at a time" rule that the Sith nowadays still seem to follow, you throw out the chance of having any new Sith characters.

Just my two cents though, for the GMs to discuss amongst them. In RPGs we always want to allow as much room as possible, right? Force users are obviously the most popular amongst the SW franchise and therefore most likely the character to be picked up by a new poster.

I definitely want to get rid of the Rule of Two. First of all, we're already violating it. Servus, his master, and Deceptis (who's working on getting an apprentice). Second of all, Deceptis - having no master - doesn't know about it, anyway. Third of all, it's a stupid rule. To think that the Jedi are so incompetent that they can't get rid of two Sith is sad.

Eh, the rule was created by Bane back in the Old Republic days to basically keep the Sith from ****ing themselves over. It wouldn't be hard for any aspiring Sith to say, "You know what? **** that rule. **** it in it's stupid ass."

But I agree with Weig on the adaptation of the Rule of 2, though I wouldn't be against someone (some Sith Lord) deciding that the rule is obsolete and deciding to kick it to the curb either.

Bane was an idiot who thought that if only two Sith were using the Force, it would be like dividing all the power of the Force in half - rather than into thousands. Also, like JB said, he was tired of Sith killing each other off. (Which didn't stop with the Rule of Two.)

Hett became the Padawan of Ki-Adi Mundi and later the Dark Woman, Aurra Sings former Master. It was under the Dark Woman that Hett earned the rank of Jedi Knight.

During the Clone Wars, A'Sharad served as a General for the Galactic Republic and flew his Jedi Starfighter in air support during the Battle of Geonosis. He would also fight during many of the ground campaigns of the war, leading clone troopers on worlds such as Metalorn.

Hett was on a scouting mission, away from his troops, when Order 66 was given, though he did see other Jedi die. A'Sharad killed the clones assigned to execute him, keeping one alive just long enough to learn what had happened. Then he fled, attempting to reach other Jedi, hearing from none, sensing none.

Believing himself the only Jedi to have survived, Hett made his way back to his homeworld of Tatooine, once again taking up his heritage and donning the wrappings of a Tusken Raider, and became a war leader of several Tusken clans, like his father before him. Hett led these clans against human settlements that had encroached on Tusken lands, while at the same time silently preparing for his own private war against the Galactic Empire. Hett's leadership and skills, honed in the Clone Wars, did much to reverse the losses the Tuskens had suffered since the death of his father. The Tuskens became a feared fighting force again, reclaiming land they believed was rightfully theirs.

It was upon leading the Tusken army on a raid on a small moisture farm that Hett came into contact with fellow Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kenobi believed that Hetts actions were leading him to the Dark Side and failing to find agreement the two engaged in Lightsaber combat. Obi-Wan won the duel by severing the arm of Hett and banishing him on the honor of Hetts father from Tattooine forever.

Hett became a Bounty Hunter, surpressing his Jedi abilities. Whilst pursuing a bounty on the dark planet of Korriban, Hett heard a voice summon him from within the Force. He came upon a Sith Holocron filled with the teachings of an ancient Sith Lord and was offered to be tought the teachings of the Sith. Hett accepted, taking in the teachings and deluding himself to the notion that he was pretending, in order to gain enough power to defeat Vader and Palpatine and restore order to the Galaxy.

He descended into the tombs of the ancient Sith and grew in both knowledge and power, but when he resurfaced from the tombs, he found that more time had passed than he had thought; the Battle of Endor had already taken place, and the Emperor and Vader had already been defeated by Luke Skywalker. Disillusioned yet again, Hett left Korriban behind and made for the Unknown Regions determined to lose himself.

For years, he has resided in the darkness, watching events unfold across the galaxy, and now he is ready to return.

His eyes closed tight as his concentration grew. The Force enveloped the huge durasteel doors in fornt of him and he felt its power swell within him. holding his arms out in front of to focus the energy, he slowly parted his arms, spreading them open. With a carcophany of creaks and groans, the huge doors relented and gave in to his will. Each buckled and twisted and writhed under his influence and parted enogh to granted him entry.

A'Sharad Hett wiped his palms on the outer thighs of his leggings and made his way into the pitch black darkness beyond. The voice was no longer speaking in his head as it had done since he landed on Korriban, but he still felt th presence of something... an entity, strong in the Force, especially in the Dark Side. Hett stopped in the darkness and spread out his Force awareness through the dark anti-chamber and both above and below the floor he was on. He sensed nothing. Satisfied, and having allowed a few moments for his eyesight to adjust to the gloom, he delved deeper.

As he reached the middle of the room, a single light shone down from high above, highlighting a pedistal, upon it a velvet red cushion and a small triangular object, blue and glowing faintly. Hetts senses tinglied and instinctively he reached for the lightsabers buckled at his sides. With grim determination he moved to the pedistal and reached out, both physically and with the Force towards the object. Still, with silence within the force and no immediate threat sensed he reached out and took the object.

As he palmed the object, blue light flared from its peak, a sapphire mist enveloping Hett and filling the room with light. The walls were decorated lavishly with long swirling patterns and various shapes, like a tapestry of dancing strokes. The light and mist pooled infront of Hett and took the wraith-like form a woman, alien and ancient and yet familiar all at the same time.

Hett stepped back and gripped the object in his grasp slighlty tighter. The image of the woman simply smiled at him. Her long dark hair fell thin and straight down the sides of her head, her fingers extending into long, vicious talons, yet her face seemed innocent, almost child-like.

"Who are you? What are you?" Hett demanded, his voice firm and commanding, despite his deep unease.

"I am Xoxaan. I was one of the first Sith lords, one of the first to abandon the Jedi Order to seek a darker path to truth".

The mists swirled around him, encircling his waist and twisting down his leg, to merge with the gathering mists around his boots.



"My tomb has lain in the belly of this temple for long ages, my presence hidden from those who saught me... until now.

"I have waited for someone like you, someone who has served the light and found it empty, who has found how lacking the Galaxy is. Someone who has known anger, hate... and despair".


Hetts mind cast back through the halls of time and to memories darker and more clouded than he ever realised...

Aurra Sing killing his father...

Realising his mother was not Tusken as he had spent a lifetime believing...

Order 66 and the great Jedi Purge, his friends, his brothers and sisters-in-arms betrayed and slaughtered mercilessly...

The young Skywalker who his failure to impress sound beliefs upon becoming a God-Like overlord to the Galaxy...

His battle with Obi-Wan and humiliating exile from his people and his homeworld...

His failure and loss of everything he held dear...

It was in that moment that Hett realised that he was truly alone in the Galaxy, that he had nothing and no one to live for. His gaze fell to the floor as the weight of the universe settled upon his shoulders like a dark cloak. And he barely registered that the sweet, sibilant voice of the Sith lord Xoxaan was still enveloping him.

"Yes... you have felt it and you will learn to embrace those feelings and harness it, master and it will make you stronger than you ever imagined. My brethren and I invented what it meant to be a Sith. Are you willing to open yourself to that truth?"


With a heavy heart and a dark cloud shrouding his senses Hett gazed up into the eyes of the ghost.

"Yes... My Master".

A'Sharad killed the clones assigned to execute him, keeping one alive just long enough to learn what had happened. Then he fled, attempting to reach other Jedi, hearing from none, sensing none.

Believing himself the only Jedi to have survived, Hett made his way back to his homeworld of Tatooine, once again taking up his heritage and donning the wrappings of a Tusken Raider, and became a war leader of several Tusken clans, like his father before him. Hett led these clans against human settlements that had encroached on Tusken lands, while at the same time silently preparing for his own private war against the Galactic Empire. Hett's leadership and skills, honed in the Clone Wars, did much to reverse the losses the Tuskens had suffered since the death of his father. The Tuskens became a feared fighting force again, reclaiming land they believed was rightfully theirs.

It was upon leading the Tusken army on a raid on a small moisture farm that Hett came into contact with fellow Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kenobi believed that Hetts actions were leading him to the Dark Side and failing to find agreement the two engaged in Lightsaber combat. Obi-Wan won the duel by severing the arm of Hett and banishing him on the honor of Hetts father from Tattooine forever.

Hett became a Bounty Hunter, surpressing his Jedi abilities. Whilst pursuing a bounty on the dark planet of Korriban, Hett heard a voice summon him from within the Force. He came upon a Sith Holocron filled with the teachings of an ancient Sith Lord and was offered to be tought the teachings of the Sith. Hett accepted, taking in the teachings and deluding himself to the notion that he was pretending, in order to gain enough power to defeat Vader and Palpatine and restore order to the Galaxy.

He descended into the tombs of the ancient Sith and grew in both knowledge and power, but when he resurfaced from the tombs, he found that more time had passed than he had thought; the Battle of Endor had already taken place, and the Emperor and Vader had already been defeated by Luke Skywalker. Disillusioned yet again, Hett left Korriban behind and made for the Unknown Regions determined to lose himself.

For years, he has resided in the darkness, watching events unfold across the galaxy, and now he is ready to return.

His eyes closed tight as his concentration grew. The Force enveloped the huge durasteel doors in fornt of him and he felt its power swell within him. holding his arms out in front of to focus the energy, he slowly parted his arms, spreading them open. With a carcophany of creaks and groans, the huge doors relented and gave in to his will. Each buckled and twisted and writhed under his influence and parted enogh to granted him entry.

A'Sharad Hett wiped his palms on the outer thighs of his leggings and made his way into the pitch black darkness beyond. The voice was no longer speaking in his head as it had done since he landed on Korriban, but he still felt th presence of something... an entity, strong in the Force, especially in the Dark Side. Hett stopped in the darkness and spread out his Force awareness through the dark anti-chamber and both above and below the floor he was on. He sensed nothing. Satisfied, and having allowed a few moments for his eyesight to adjust to the gloom, he delved deeper.

As he reached the middle of the room, a single light shone down from high above, highlighting a pedistal, upon it a velvet red cushion and a small triangular object, blue and glowing faintly. Hetts senses tinglied and instinctively he reached for the lightsabers buckled at his sides. With grim determination he moved to the pedistal and reached out, both physically and with the Force towards the object. Still, with silence within the force and no immediate threat sensed he reached out and took the object.

As he palmed the object, blue light flared from its peak, a sapphire mist enveloping Hett and filling the room with light. The walls were decorated lavishly with long swirling patterns and various shapes, like a tapestry of dancing strokes. The light and mist pooled infront of Hett and took the wraith-like form a woman, alien and ancient and yet familiar all at the same time.

Hett stepped back and gripped the object in his grasp slighlty tighter. The image of the woman simply smiled at him. Her long dark hair fell thin and straight down the sides of her head, her fingers extending into long, vicious talons, yet her face seemed innocent, almost child-like.

"Who are you? What are you?" Hett demanded, his voice firm and commanding, despite his deep unease.

"I am Xoxaan. I was one of the first Sith lords, one of the first to abandon the Jedi Order to seek a darker path to truth".


The mists swirled around him, encircling his waist and twisting down his leg, to merge with the gathering mists around his boots.




"My tomb has lain in the belly of this temple for long ages, my presence hidden from those who saught me... until now.

"I have waited for someone like you, someone who has served the light and found it empty, who has found how lacking the Galaxy is. Someone who has known anger, hate... and despair".


Hetts mind cast back through the halls of time and to memories darker and more clouded than he ever realised...

Aurra Sing killing his father...

Realising his mother was not Tusken as he had spent a lifetime believing...

Order 66 and the great Jedi Purge, his friends, his brothers and sisters-in-arms betrayed and slaughtered mercilessly...

The young Skywalker who his failure to impress sound beliefs upon becoming a God-Like overlord to the Galaxy...

His battle with Obi-Wan and humiliating exile from his people and his homeworld...

His failure and loss of everything he held dear...

It was in that moment that Hett realised that he was truly alone in the Galaxy, that he had nothing and no one to live for. His gaze fell to the floor as the weight of the universe settled upon his shoulders like a dark cloak. And he barely registered that the sweet, sibilant voice of the Sith lord Xoxaan was still enveloping him.

"Yes... you have felt it and you will learn to embrace those feelings and harness it, master and it will make you stronger than you ever imagined. My brethren and I invented what it meant to be a Sith. Are you willing to open yourself to that truth?"


With a heavy heart and a dark cloud shrouding his senses Hett gazed up into the eyes of the ghost.

"Yes... My Master".

The meet was going down.

Finally.

He had been waiting for over two days hidden in the jungles of Baroonda for the bounty to arrive. And here he was...Mirko Dresdeen. A second rate smuggler with delusions of grandeur.
For most of his life Mirko had been content to stick with the Spice trade and the occasional weapon cache, but now his ambition had finally done him in. He had stolen information from the Black Sun. Information he was planning on selling to the crime syndicate's rivals. And that was something the head of the Black Sun, Princess Savan, could not allow.

So Mirko Dresdeen had to die, and the information had to be brought back to the Black Sun. When there's a bounty of this importance there's only one man for the job.

Boba Fett watched on through the scope of his Xerroll Nightstinger Sniper Rifle as the target and a pair of aqualish bodyguards moved forward to meet with five men from a rival syndicate in the middle of a large clearing. As the syndicate's men left their ship, Fett could see that one of the buyer's goons was a large, battle-scarred wookie.
Fett smiled, He'll make an excellent addition to the collection.

Fett took aim at the wookie...and fired, a blaster bolt blowing the beasts brains out the back of it's head.
Before the wookie even hit the ground and the group was alerted, Fett took down two more of the rival syndicate's men. As they quickly ran for cover, Fett took aim and shot Mirko through the knee causing him to fall and drop the package.

Turning his attention to Dresdeen's bodyguards, Fett shot one through the neck as he tried to duck behind a tree. The other aqualish, seeing his comrade squirming in pain as his life-blood poured from the wound, ran off into the jungle dropping his blaster as he fled.

Fett's gaze returned to the crawling Mirko as he tried to find cover. Fett put the rifle down and stood from his lay-down position. Fett cracked his neck, drew his twin blaster pistols, and took to the skies via his jet pack.
He made sure to get enough altitude to not only see the entire battlefield clearly, but he wanted the two remaining criminals to see who it was that hunted them.

As he touched down in the clearing, Fett's scanners pointed out the two remaining criminal's hiding places.

"My quarrel is not with you", the Mandalorian shouted, "If you leave now, I'll let you live. But, if you stay and try to keep me from completing my mission, you'll both die here today."

Silence fell on the area, save for the sounds of far off animals. Eventually, the two men slowly walked out from the thickets with their hands raised to show no aggression.

"Wise decision", Fett stated as he trained his blasters on them.

"Don't think we'll forget this", said the leader as he boarded his ship, "You've murdered members of the Circle today. It doesn't matter if you are Boba Fett, we will have our vengeance."

"Well, if that's your stance", replied Fett as he fired a dozen blaster bolts at the two men, sending them both to death's door.

As the two corpses smoked from the heat of the bolts, Fett turned his attention back to wounded Mirko, who was at least twenty meters away and had a blaster pistol pulled on him.

"You aren't takin' me in, Fett", Dresdeen said with a shaky voice.

"No, I'm not", agreed Boba as he ducked under the anticipated shot from Mirko and fired a single bolt that nailed Dresdeen right between the eyes.
Mirko Dresdeen, the fool of a smuggler, was dead. It was the price you paid when you crossed an organization like the Black Sun.

Boba Fett calmly holstered his pistols and strolled over to the package. Opening it up, Fett found a small datapad which he took and placed in his side pack to keep it safe.

His mission completed, Fett moved towards the fallen wookie, pulling out a long-bladed vibroknife as he strode towards the dead beast. Before he left Baroonda, Boba Fett would have another pelt to add to his collection.

Born on Corellia, he was orphaned at an early age and taken by the pirate Garris Shrike to serve on his crew. He was treated cruelly, and served Shrike for many years before escaping while in his teens. Solo eventually entered the Imperial Academy at Carida, serving with distinction. He was kicked out, however, when he stopped an Imperial officer from beating a Wookiee named Chewbacca. In gratitude, the Wookiee swore a life debt to Solo. He became a smuggler once again, with Chewbacca at his side. Piloting the Millennium Falcon, which he won in a game of Sabacc against Lando Calrissian, he became known as one of the best smugglers in the galaxy. A smuggler and all around scoundrel, Han Solo became caught up with the Rebel Alliance, courtesy of Obi-Wa Kenobi, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa, whom he helped rescue from the Death Star. Solo helped Skywalker destroy the Death Star when it attacked the Rebel base at Yavin 4, where they had taken Organa. Solo became an unofficial member of the Rebel Alliance, and fell in love with Organa. He helped destroy the Second Death Star at the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY, in which Emperor Palpatine was killed. A year later, the New Republic was founded.

Chewie, Lando, the Mandalorian and I stand at the ready, our weapons aimed at the woman with the lightwhip, and for the first time since leaving Kashyyyk, I'm really glad that we have acouple of Jedi with us. I think I saw her just before Joren did, the kid was lucky to block her attack, otherwise she would have taken his head clear off.

So much for that "Jedi precognition."

I try to get a shot at her, but with Luke and the kid in the way, I can't get a clear enough shot, so I have to wait...something I've never been particularly good at.

"Joren, get out of here now. Go with the others. I'll hold her off."

The kid turns away from the fight and heads toward us with the girl that he was talking to before the crazy woman with the lightwhip showed up.

"Let's get out of here." He says to us.

"What?" I ask, not able to believe what I'm hearing. "We can't leave Luke."

"He knows what he's doing Solo, we have to get back to the ship. He'll be right behind us."

"Get out of here!" Luke yells back at us.

"Alright, but if Luke isn't right behind us, I'm coming back."

After Weig, Trusty and I get off Felucia...we're going to jump ahead a bit to having the Jedi Academy operating. Hopefully it will allow us to have more Jedi characters, which could help boost intrest again.

Okay sounds good. Just to kind of give you a heads up, my character will be a Corellian, about 16/17. A bit on the rebellious side.

I believe so. Joren may take up a bit of a teacher's assistant role as he's Luke's first student and would be a bit ahead of the rest of the trainees, but as far as I know, Luke is pretty much the only teacher.

Character you wish to play: Huc Vondar

Race: Human, Corellian male

Faction: The New Jedi Order

Background (list the history of your character here. Created Characters Must Be Thorough!): Huc was born to a CorSec officer and a simple house wife. At an early age he showed great interest in his father’s work, but his parents could tell he was different than the other children. He showed unusual strength and speed on the playgrounds with the other children.

In school he received very high grades, and when he came of age, he enrolled in the CorSec Academy, where he was placed in the Tactical Response Team training. It was here that he learned a great deal about combat, intelligence gathering, and espionage. But he excelled in hand to hand combat as well as starfighter combat, both of which his instructors noted that he almost knew what was about to happen.

At the age of 16, Luke Skywalker took note of Vondar’s special abilities, and offered the boy a place in the rebuilt Jedi Order. Huc accepted the galactic hero’s offer. The new padawan’s parents were incredibly proud of their son, even though they new this would diminish the amount of time they could spend with their child.

In Huc’s short time at the new academy, he has thrown himself into practicing with a lightsaber, and excels in combat.

He’s also made close friends with two of the other pupils; a female Twi’lek named Mission Ven who is his age, and Corran Horn, an older CorSec officer that knows Huc’s father.

Huc also received a HLAF-500 starfighter from CorSec and his father as a gift for becoming one of the first Corellians in the New Jedi Order, which he uses as transport.

Give a solid description on how your character acts, their morals, etc): Like his home world or Corellia, Huc is often a bit rebellious and quick to action, but also has a strong sense of respect. Along with this he has a strong sense of right and wrong, instilled in him during his brief time with CorSec. He is eager to learn, but sometimes let’s his emotions get the best of him.

Huc is also an incredibly competitive person. He views lightsaber training as a competition, and looks to best his opponent in anyway possible, a trait his master is trying to rid him of.

Character Alignment (Choose one): Good

Why have you chosen this character, and what are your plans for them: If there’s one geek dream I’ve always had, it’s being a Jedi Knight. Fighting with a lightsaber. Pushing bad guys over a cliff with the force. Sure, that’s not technically the Jedi way…but it’s fun.

I plan to have him be one of the star pupils, if not a bit impetuous and rebellious, of the new Jedi Academy, and eventually become a Knight. I also see him learning a lot from Corran Horn, since both are Corellian and have CorSec backgrounds.

What can you bring to Star Wars: The RPG: A great knowledge of the Star Wars universe, as well as a PC, which this game seems to need.

An orange blur whizzes by my head, and I back flip before it can come back for another attack.

“Come on, ‘Mr. Lightsaber’, you’re better than this. Distracted?” Mission asks with a cocky smile on her face.

“No, Mission,”I respond while simultaneously attacking with a flurry from my own lightsaber. Sparks fly as green and orange come together, but what Mission Ven said hits home more than any strike from her training saber could.

I’m always distracted when I’m around her. The way the light hits her orange skin, the way she walks, the way she talks. I never saw anyone like her until I came to the Academy. They sure don’t make them like her on Corellia.

She comes at me yet again, this time attacking low. I harness the Force and leap over her while unleashing a small push that sends her tumbling head over foot.

I’ve been trying to mask the feelings I have using the Force, a technique Master Skywalker has been attempting to teach us. He has warned against such feelings towards our fellow apprentices, but I can’t help it.

I decide to end this sparring match quickly, and switch into the new lightsaber form I learned in my private lesson the other day. The swift and powerful blows quickly breakdown her defense, and I sweep out her leg with a quick kick, followed by bringing my lightsaber to her shoulder, the maneuver of victory in the Academy’s training sessions.

“You mentioned a Mister Lightsaber…he’s glad to meet you,” I laugh and give her my hand.

“You’re lucky Mast Skywalker isn’t here to see how arrogant you are,” she responds as she takes it and I help her up. “You wanna hit the mess hall and grab something to eat?”

I get mynocks in my stomach the moment our hands touch. Master Skywalker would be embarrassed at my actions right now.

“No, I’m not really hungry,” I lie. “I think I’m going to meditate for a little.”

“Okay,” she says placing her saber on her belt. “Don’t do too much of that light stuff. I might actually beat you next time.”

I chuckle as we go our separate ways, hoping she doesn’t already know the obvious.
