Apparently, before the Olympics, Braylon Edwards bet Michael Phelps that he would score twice as many touchdowns and Phelps would win gold medals. Apparently, that would give Braylon a franchise record.
Whose side are you on in this one?

Got to go with Phelps. 16 TDs is hard to come by.

Edwards will never see 16tds this season, defenses have had more time to study Derrick Anderson during the offseason, and you have to factor in Kellen Winlsow who would most likely eat into Edwards tds , esp when the are near the goalline. I find the bet ammusing considering that Phelps is a huge Baltimore Raven supporter.

Edwards can get 16, but he needs several games w/ multiple scores to do it. The way the Browns look right now, it probably won't happen. They can't get their offense to run smoothly or control the time of possession.
