A REAL Fortress of Solitude!

Just found this on MSN video. It's a crystal cave (http://video.msn.com/video.aspx?mkt=en-US&vid=1762bd5b-2d13-4b17-89cc-28626e2bb85b) that was found in Mexico.

It'd be a great idea to incorporate into the new film. Instead of this crystal cave being ice cold, it's actually quite hot.

Thoughts, comments?

thats tight...also...maybe an underground fortress makes more sense..considering all the technology and satellite imagery available nowadays....

taking it a step further...maybe some kind of underground "tunnel" system that helps supes get from whereever he is to the fortress...in superman 2 where lex was able to pinpoint where superman went (yes i KNOW this makes NO sense because lex was in prison and there was NO WAY IN HELL SUPERMAN WAS HEADED TO THE FORTRESS AFTER EVERY PUBLIC APPEARANCE) BUT IN TODAYS day and age of technology not to mention global warming and the erosion of the ice caps etc), this is one aspect i can see be successfully reconned in order for it to make more sense
