I second that emotion. It's awesome to hear positive feedback, innit? So thank you, darkseid, for supporting the Hype! Cast!
And now, the official show description:
Episode 007 - Attack of the Tangent
In this episode, Malice, ImmortalFire, and highscorefilms return to discuss the hottest, best-selling, Iron Man-iest DVD on the market. Later, they move on to talk about the latest with Spider-Man, the magic of Dr. Manhattan, and why 'score can't make a funny reference to save his life.

I just realized, listening to the show, that I said "Jerry Lee Lewis" when I meant to say "Jerry Lewis". If you are one of the 3 people who know who Jerry Lewis is, I apologize for the slip-up.

I realized it when you said it, wanted to wait to see if you noticed it yourself...

I'd feel worse if it had been a better joke. I have to start referencing things that are more contemporary instead of old comedians and Beatles tunes.

I wear your scorn as a badge of honor!
Just kidding, of course. I'll wear the "Fail" hat this week because I deserve it. But next time, who knows?

Thank you. I'd like to see if I can set it up so I can play them live, like they do on the radio with Instant Replay machines and stuff like that. Just let me know if I'm going overboard. I don't want The Hype! Cast turning into a morning zoo show.

Malice is dead, remember him (or what ever you said)
Was that some sort of refrence to the death of Paul McCartney legend and the words at the end of Strawberry Fields Forever that sound like "I burried Paul"?

The official song is "I'm So Tired." Near the end of the song, you can hear John Lennon speaking gibberish, and when you reverse it, it sounds like he's saying "Paul is dead, man. Miss him miss him miss him."
When I said it, I couldn't remember if that song sparked the legend or Strawberry Fields Forever's "I buried Paul." But you get the gold star for picking up the reference.

Wow... That was almost a total stab in the dark. I was kinda expecting you to laugh and say it was Dallas, who shot JR or some other dumb thing like that.

Nah. We were talking about backmasking and that was the first example that came to mind. It's the most popular example and nobody would've gotten offended, like some might have if I made a Satanic reference.

That "Dallas" reference sounds like the sort of thing I'd say live that would totally get the crickets. In the little world of The Hype! Cast, I am Dennis Miller.
