Here's the official show description:
"In our final episode of 2008, the team is back up to full strength and comes loaded for bear. "Punisher: War Zone" gets reviewed by the one person who actually saw it and Malice and highscorefilms find themselves on different sides of "The Spirit." Afterwards, they shed some light on "Watchmen"s Christmas bummer.
Also, we apologize for the sickly quality of our voices on this recording. We blame the holidays."

Were they seriously trying or were they just trying to get away with it?

Were they seriously trying or were they just trying to get away with it?
I'd say they were trying to see how mind numbingly stupid they could make it.
