No QB should be 300 pounds. Last one I saw was Jared Lorenzen, Kentucky's QB a few years ago. He a lot of muscle, yes...but a lot of it was fattyness.

Their defense is weaker than Carolinas, and we are pissing them.

Did you ever watch him when he was at K-State? I paid pretty close attention to that team because Ell Roberson went to my high school and was their QB while Sproles was there. Sproles was one of the best RB's in college history and was known for being just fine with carrying the ball 30-40 times a game if needed. Just because he's short doesn't mean he's not tough. He benches and squats more than 95% of other RB's in the NFL. You can't expect ANYONE to be the KR/PR and be an every down back. It would wear out anyone. The question is whether he's more valuable as a KR/PR than he would be as an everydown back. Given the number of big returns that he gives the Chargers, I suppose it's arguable that he's more valuable to them at that position. Because if you've got a lousy ass offensive line, it doesn't matter how good the RB is. Adrian Peterson would struggle with the Chargers OL in my opinion. They simply don't open many holes.

Im in shock at 2 things from todays Patriots game.
1) The play calling was aweful. I know its a common cop out but anybody who watchesd todays game...it was obvious. It was questionable on many occasions last week but this time... Its beyond anything theyve ever had. The shotgun was killing them. KILLING them. Much like the Super Bowl vs. the Giants, they were against an elite pass rush. Brady had no time to get it to anybody. Aside from that, Randy was being covered by a top 3 CB in Reevis and top 5 safety in Rhodes. He wasnt getting open on his own. Welker was out. Yet rather pound it with Maroney, who looked good early, or Taylor, who had looked good late, they just continued to PASS PASS PASS. Even when Brady was noticably off rythym and nobody could get open, they didnt adjust their gameplan for the ENTIRE GAME. Im literally in shock at how poorly the game was coached on the Pats offensive side of the ball.
2) Brady was so out of it. Hes had games like this in the past so Im that worried but he had back to back delay of games, and some of his throws were just puzzling. The Moss pic should never have been thrown, aside from it being double coverage, the ball was too short and he never had a chance to run through it...
I will, say the refs were atrocious. SO biased. There was a 3rd down play where the bvall got deflected and Moss had a chance to come down with it and jumped for it. but it fell off his hands. I was shocked at how unlike Mosslike it was in that he looked to jump all out but barely got off the ground...after a rewind it was clear why: 36 of the Jets was grabbing his jersey and holding him down. Almost impossible to miss, yet those refs did.
On defense, meh. They looked excellent in the 1st half, 2nd half....meh. The Pats offense forced them to be on the field a lot.
2)
JaMarcus Russel is one of the most puzzling players anybody will ever see. The guy makes all-world throws when it counts but when it comes to the easy stuff, it just

The digital board wasn't raised for Sunday's game. You know who won that battle. But there was a difference.
The Mitsubishi ads that extended below the board are now gone. That was the compromise, of sorts, that came out of the punt controversy. Those ads, one on either side of the elongated part of the board, were three feet deep, putting them 87 feet above the field.
The ads will be moved to the top of the digital board but were not in place Sunday.
