If there's another one of these not on the first page, my apologies. But looking would take way too much energy, and I don't care that much.

Anyways, post your favorite local bands!

Here's one of mine, Gingerjake...

Who I saw live just under a week ago. They've got a new EP coming out soon which I'm looking forward too. First saw them a few years ago, and their lead singer is super hot, which always helps. She's got some pipes too. I suggest listening to Grey On Blue and Get It, Get Off first.

Here's another! Idyl Exhibit...

I actually know the bass player from this band, and was friends with his brother in high school. They incidentally opened up for Gingerjake when I saw them last week. And they also have a new EP coming out soon. They only got together last year, and have already improved a lot since their debut EP.

So, what have you guys got?

Uncle Chunky
The Pietasters
EU
Chuck Brown
Dog Eat Dog
Jason Mraz
Good Charlotte
Dave Matthews Band
Rare Essence
Toni Braxton, not a band, I know.

Can't think of anybody else right now.

Once a band becomes famous, they no longer count as local. They are then either national, or multi-national.
