Why the hell does this film have a BETTER terminator feel than the actual terminator films, that soundtrack is AWESOME. Shia should have played connor in rise of the machines, he's so john conner esque in this trailer.

This trailer had a very horror movie vibe to it, Definately a very good trailer although I would've liked some dialogue from a bot or two!

A good teaser, if a little bit of a patience tester...too many fade downs for my liking.

Still the more I see the better it looks...I just hope in the actual theatrical trailer a few of the Transformers speak....although if I was to guess (or employ common sense) Prime will be the main talker, with perhaps a line from Starscream (if he has indeed got his own sub-plot), Soundwave (if he is leading a new wave of Decepticons to Earth he has got to speak in the trailer), we may get a roar from Devastator and perhaps quick flash of the Fallen followed by a growl or something....(with any luck his sounds are more original than his looks).

Nick Stahl's problems with Connor weren't his fault, he was given **** to work with in a **** movie. An awfully written Connor at that.

I love LaBeouf, and he grew a bit in my eyes in Eagle Eye.........but to just hear him yell NONONONONONONONONONONO when he sees a Terminator would make me shudder.

Caught some of the Transformers 2 teaser. Apparently people don't believe in sitting down during the trailers. So I'll need to rewatch it, but from what I saw, I liked it more then the teaser for the first one. I know a lot of people seem to find the teaser for the first one really good, I thought it was crap, I thought the full trailer was amazing.

the first movie was really awesome when I saw it in theaters (and when I saw it on DVD) but when you rewatch it now, it doesn't really age well. The trailers give off a vibe that it will be much more serious and darker than the first, which I think will be very good for the franchise :up:

The decipticons should be scarier and very threatening imo. I really want to see the scene with Optimus Prime jumping onto that giant robot in the end, that looks very EPIC!

Overuse of the word epic in this thread.

The movie looks great though, I'm really digging the vibe set by this trailer. It really depicts something ominous and you truly get a feeling of dread.

I also like how the teaser made it seem like a disaster movie at first, ironically the shots of the T-Forms falling to earth reminded me a lot of Armageddon, another Bay film.

We don't know what he does in the movie, he could remain a Decepticon through the whole movie but helps the Autobots. We should also consider that he may die in the movie thus he may never get any chance of becoming a Bot.
