Loving the bio from the toy, hope this is his story in the movie and explains why he isnt in Egypt in the finale.

Prime is practically the face of Transformers and their universe, I really hope he gets a proper representation in ROTF and is shown as the bad-ass leader he can so often be. The scene his face plate being smashed in the trailer doesnt give me much hope of course.

The 86' movie for example....the best part of that to me was Prime coming to Earth and taking out all the Decepticons almost single-handedly. Season 3 of Transformers was also better when Prime made his brief appearances....Dark Awakening is a classic ep.

With any luck Prime will "Bonecrusher" any Decepticon in his way in this film...until of course Megs returns...although with any luck the fight will be far less one sided.

THAT is leader class prime and from the video I have seen of him from truck to robot mode and those dual retractable swords he is a MUST buy.

I'm so pleased . I'm telling ya I was so pissed off that in the first film the battle between Prime vs. Megatron in Mission City was a major disappointment . I can't wait to see Badass Prime in action in ROTF on IMAX.

Same here. After he took out Bonecrusher I thought "woah, he doesn't mess around in these films". Then when it came to Megs he got royally dicked. Well Pussymus Prime is a thing of the past. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Unless you want the Fallen to be a bad ass. But after TF1 I will take Prime being the ultimate bad ass of a film over the main villian any day

Prime was simply amazing in this movie, I have never wanted to cheer so much in a theatre when Prime yelled "I'll take you all on!" in the forest fight scene, it was so awesome, and then at the end he is unbelievably bad ass also. This is the Prime I know from the comics, the one who jumps into fights with the likes of Thunderwing, Sixshot, Nova Prime and Galvatron without a seconds thought.

Actually, that isnt true, if you look in the background of some other scene's while that fight is going on, you see Prime get quite a few hits on Megatron.

You're referring the shot of Blackout making his way towards the Prime/Megs fight before Lennox kills him right? Wow we see Prime, what? Punch Megs once or twice? Yep that for me made me think Prime was gaining the upper hand...not. In no way was it a fair fight and in no way did Megatron have just a "slight" advatage. He was well overpowered and made Prime seem really weak. Hence why I am estatic at ROTF's new and improved Prime.

Prime is KING!!! Loved him throughout the entire movie!!! His fight scenes and skills increased tremendously...befitting that of a great leader!!! Kudos to Michael Bay. Great work! Can't wait to see what you have in store for part 3.

You're referring the shot of Blackout making his way towards the Prime/Megs fight before Lennox kills him right? Wow we see Prime, what? Punch Megs once or twice? Yep that for me made me think Prime was gaining the upper hand...not. In no way was it a fair fight and in no way did Megatron have just a "slight" advatage. He was well overpowered and made Prime seem really weak. Hence why I am estatic at ROTF's new and improved Prime.

And a couple of other background shots also, Look to the right just before Blackout shoots the car Lennox is hiding behind and again Prime is kicking ass.

Dont get me wrong, I hated the fact we had to look in the background for these shots, and Megatron had the better of the fight, but Prime didnt get as owned as people think in that fight.

I liked that they used the NEST theme for it. It was and assault/surprise attack. Prime busted in real quick. It fit better than Prime's main theme. It wasn't a heroic entrance like in the first Movie.

When I heard it, I envisioned the Autobots retracting to a nearby cave, where Bumblebee, Ironhide, Arcee and Sideswipe would fight the Decepticons while Ratchet puts Jetfire's parts arround Optimus, whos layed in the ground. Jolt energizes them, and they attach to Optimus body. Then, Ratchet places the Matrix inside Prime's chest, and he comes back to life.

But I loved the movie version too!

Prime is a beast in the game. That raw firepower and the damage that he can take. When you know what you're doing, you're total killing machine. Had a match where the opposing team had two Primes. Concentrated fire from both of them and I was gone in seconds.

It was one of the best dramatic scene's in the movie, definately, Prime waking up saying that line, then Jetfire saying "Wow, a living Prime." It was awesome, wish Jetfire would have been in it more to be honest.

I dont think Megatron had a chance to overthrow The Fallen in the movie, otherwise I think he would have, the machine was never fully powered up so no Energon was produced from it, had it produced some i'm sure Megs would have betrayed The Fallen in a heartbeat.

Absolutely!! My cousin and I went to see the film again in IMAX and during the fight scene we're both on the edges of our seats like we're going to jump in and help Prime, wished I could, but my favorite parts of the film without question had Prime :heart:in them, but the rest of the bots kept my attention as well. I've found the more I've seen it, the better I like it!!:grin:

You know, one thing I loved about this movie is how much they built up the Prime's. In the comics and cartoon's, Optimus was just one in a long line of reverred Prime's and this movie got that spot on.

It also got spot on that Optimus was no slough in the Prime department and is actually one of the better ones.

^I think he had a lot to make up for after the 1st movie with Optimus, and he wanted to give us a scene which rivalled Optimus final fight scene in the animated movie, which this scene definately does.

This has to be one of the best action sequences out there, and "I'LL TAKE YOU ALL ON!" has to be one of the best adrenaline pumping moments ever.

I know, I thought the exchanges between Prime and Megatron were good in the first movie, but here they were just kick-ass, and added so much kick-assery to the scene it was unbelievable.

Anything said in the Prime voice just sounds golden.

Prime and Megatron got most of the best lines in both movies IMO.
