Black Beauty (http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1966/BlackBeauty/) I thought looked cooler than the Batmobile.

Black Beauty was fine....but I'll always be enamored of the Batmobile. It had pizzaz.

I know it was a real James Bond kind of car....but I want the Batmobile to motor around town in.

As I recall, the idea with the green headlights was to further develop the Black Beauty's "silent mode" [which made the car so quiet that when it ran it made no more noise than a bee/hornet]. The green lights signified that the Kato had activated the Black Beauty's night vision system, though I'm unsure if the series producers ever named it as such.

Chrysler doesn't make a Crown Imperial anymore - but the longer frame of the 300 used in "Touring Z package" or "300C Walter P. Chrysler Executive Series" configurations would make a good basis for a new Black Beauty
