Yup yup yup. He also confirms what most of us had guessed - Happy is coming back :)
With rehearsals in less than two weeks, we should definitely be hearing something final about Rourke and the Black Widow situation in a matter of days.

Favreau's the best for communicating with us fans. It's no wonder he has such a loyal following. Here's hoping Branaugh follows his cue.

I am officially following. This is why I'm a huge fan and believe in Favreau, he talks with the fans and keeps them updated, very cool.

Hill Hunts For Online Impersonator
14 July 2009 9:16 AM, PDT
Funnyman Jonah Hill (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1706767/) is on the hunt for a computer hacker who's forcing him to apologise to his Hollywood colleagues - after the impersonator started an online feud with Iron Man (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0371746/) director Jon Favreau (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0269463/).
The Superbad (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0829482/) star is warning fans he's not logged on to social networking site Twitter.com after discovering someone created an account under his name.
He explains, "I have never been on the website Twitter. Nor will I ever be on the website Twitter. But there is someone who impersonates me on the Twitter and has like 100,000 followers and it's not me. People come up to me like, 'I follow you on Twitter.' And I'm like, 'No, that's not me, that's some kid in Alaska pretending to be me.'"
And Hill has launched a crusade to find the person who's assumed his identity and attacked Favreau online, because he fears the hacker is ruining his chances at becoming a bigger star.
He adds, "One day someone came up to me and said, 'Hey man things are getting pretty heated between you and Jon Favreau (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0269463/), who directed Iron Man (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0371746/), on Twitter.' Apparently this kid is talking trash to Jon Favreau (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0269463/), who I have had two lovely encounters with, who's a lovely guy, who I want to work with by the way... I had to email him like, 'Man, it's not me.' I want to start a fake Twitter for this kid and ruin his life."

Jonah Hill only deserves it. :/
Jonah Hill only deserves it. :/
Why in the hell does he deserve it?? Oh I get it, simply because you don't find him funny. *eye roll* Personally I hope he finds that little **** and screws with him some how.

I just don't think he replies back. Dude's gotta be getting like a thousand messages a day.

I'd say that's a very conservative estimate.

We just wrapped principal photography.
Next stop, San Diego.

Comic-Con

True.
I doubt we'll get a trailer though, if they JUST wrapped principle photography.

They could still have made a small teaser-trailer.

Maybe with earlier footage.

Wasn't the comic con teaser for Iron Man 1 just him flying in the suit?
kedrell
07-18-2009, 11:31 AM
No, they had lots of footage to show. But then they had wrapped in early June and so had about 6-8 weeks between then and Comic-Con.

Maybe they're in epic overdrive.
I wouldn't care not seeing something at Comic Con, footage wise.
But I would be mad if we didn't see ANYTHING.
kedrell
07-18-2009, 11:35 AM
Oh you'll see something I'm sure. They wouldn't be there otherwise.
Aesop Rocks
07-18-2009, 11:37 AM
Of course they'd be there.
They better not pull and J.J Abrams when Cloverfield was at Comic Con.

They'll probably introduce the character and have an unfinished money shot of Mark IV.

I suspect they will have some footage to show, they already have alot of the cgi work from the previous move, so it's not like they are starting from scratch.
It will not be very long, just enogh to wet everyones appitite for next year. They have to be at this years comic-con due to the fact it's the only one before next years release. So they will have some stuff, but I can't imagine they will have anything that gives the story away or gives away any surprises.

Pretty much what I expect too. A few cool clips of scene to show off the action and the main characters. Perhaps narrated by Nick Fury?

Yeah maybe a couple non-action bits, some photos, and hopefully a big reveal about the movie or its relation to the wider Marvel Cinema Universe.
