Lost his finger, upped his memory. Fair trade.

WTF?

Weird.

Why? Why a usb drive? Why not a laser finger or something that could be really useful and unique?

If that happened to me I wouldn't get just one thing. I'd get an adapter, and then get lots of things that could connect to the adapter:

toothbrush
laser pen
steak knife
key for my door
wind-proof lighter
guitar pic (plectrum)
extendible pointer thing for lectures and planning missions
glass cutter
torch
platinum rabbit (for her pleasure, not mine)

So he has a USB right? does he not realise he will have to stand there fingering his computer while he puts stuff on it.... and if he can remove it what happens when he gives it to a friend "Check out these mp3s on my scanky finger!"

The big question here is...Does he type with one hand?

The article says that the USB prosthetic is actually detachable. So he probably just pulls the bad boy off of his hand and lets it sit there until he's ready to go again.

But when he plugs it in, won't his hand get tired?:hehe:

So we have Spider-Man (spider bite cures paraplegic) and Cyborg (DC comics)
Can't wait for the others....

I think it is about time that superheroes were created. We have the technology, DO IT!!!

It's just amazing to think about how far technology has come now for us to have all this information at our fingertips.

If this was in a comic book, we'd call this guy the deus ex machina when it came time for the team to download cryptic information in the villain's stronghold.
