That Scarlet Johanson will be in this as Black Widow? Being that she is playing the role in Iron Man 2? If they go with her comic book origin I would not be surprised.
funny question to be asked with that username :hehe:

If there's any scenes in the present day I can see it but if it's all WWII there shouldn't be any Avengers but Cap shown.

I may be wrong... but wasn't Black Widow active during that time? I thought she was around in the 40's like Nick Fury. But it has been years since I've read anything with her in it, so I could be wrong. What about Nick Fury? I know he was around in WW2, in Ultimate and 616. Do you think we'll see him?

The Howling Commandos would be cool to see, but having both men go into suspended animation after WW2 would be kind of a stretch.

Nick Can be used...if they do what they did once in the comics....they said he recieved a blood tranfusion from Cap on the battlefield, and this slowed his aging down.

I thought he just has an anti-aging formula he takes every so often?

that too
personally i don't want anyone showing up in this other than cap. no fury, no widow, no anyone.the only exception to this i would make would be if cap storms a concentration cap and rescues a kid named eric

If Black Widow was active during that time, I would make it a different BW. I would feel no obligation to adapt that part of her character and would stick with something more simplified. But that's me.

There were at least two of them, if memory serves--a blonde and a redhead.

Black Widow started out in Iron Man comics, so I don't see why she'd be in a Cap movie.

If anyone from Iron Man II should be in Captain America it should be Howard Stark. He is going to be shown in flashbacks working on the super soilder formula or something

I'd really like to not see anybody cameo in a WWII Captain America. The whole slowed-aging thing really is just so that the characters can continue to exist as Marvel's timeline moves forward.
