I'm curious-and confused- is Captain America's old enemy The Red Skull still an ideological Nazi or he is now a nihilist?
Please clarify!

I'm not certain but if memory serves me correctly he has gone back and forth. I'm pretty sure in his last story he was a Nazi.
what's the relation between nazi and nihilist ?

Nihilism isn't a belief or political system. It basically states that life has no true purpose or meaning. Some nihilists also don't believe in any type of morality. Its pretty much the complete opposite of Nazi fascism. Nihilists would consider attempting to control and dominate others petty and pointless.

The Red Skull though has never been a true nihilist IMO. He always retains some fascist sensibilities.

Ledger's Joker is the absolute version of nihilism. He doesn't believe in any political system nor in humanity because they are flawed, corrupted and doesn't have any true purpose or meaning. Quite different from the Red Skull character. Red Skull is a strong supporter of the classical "pyramidal system". (of course with him at the top of the pyramid) So he can't be a nihilist, because a nihilist rejects all political system which are all unworthy.
