Nah. You'll be fine. If you want, I can PM you my number, so if you have any questions, you can shoot me a call.

No worries, if not.

Again, bottom line, just inspect. If you bought six of the 12%, that's like drinking over double - 14.4 if I did the math correct.

Do what you like, man. Buy three high gravities, and three regular's - whatever. Just report back to me which ones you bought.

I've been really good about knowing when I've had enough to get a steady buzz so I think I'll be good, but thanks for the offer.

I actually had a friend turn her nose up to Liza giving Aiden a glass of milk with his dinner.

Both Liza and I were all "what?"

I thought is was law that a child drank milk at every meal.

I drank so much milk when I was little that I now need easily four gallons a week to be happy... It's my drug of choice.

I didn't drink that much; but we did have milk in the house, at all times. I'll drink a glass, right when I wake up, to turn around and have a bowl of cereal.

I never turned my nose up to much. Possibly, because of my father telling us "if I cooked it; you'll eat it."

It was bad enough the doctor would scold me when I'd go in for a check up. Now I can easily drink a half a gallon before I even leave for class.

But same rules here, if someone cooked it you would eat and not complain or you'd go to bed hungry.

I get angry as hell when Liza and I will cook, to have Aiden scream bloody-murder "I don't like *insert food of choice*."

Especially when that little bugger ate the same food, a few days back.

What burns me more, is when she tells him "okay, baby, just eat the rest of your food."

This little bloke will eat Lima Beans on Monday, then want to call child services on Tuesday, for having Green Beans on his plate.

WTF?!

I've heard of not liking food. But to eat pretty much the same thing on one night, to turn around and scream on another is weird.

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide,
No escape from reality
Open your eyes, Look up to the skies and see,
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy,
Because I'm easy come, easy go, Little high, little low,
Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, to me
Mama I just killed a man,
Put a gun against his head, pulled my trigger, now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun,
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, ooh, Didn't mean to make you cry,
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow,
Carry on, carry on as if nothing really matters
Too late, my time has come,
Sends shivers down my spine, body's aching all the time
Goodbye, ev'rybody, I've got to go,
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, ooh, I don't want to die,
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all
I see a little silhouetto of a man,
Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango
Thunderbolt and lightning, very, very fright'ning me
(Galileo) Galileo (Galileo) Galileo, Galileo figaro
Magnifico I'm just a poor boy and nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family,
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come, easy go, will you let me go
Bismillah! No, we will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go (Let me go) Ah
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
(Oh mama mia, mama mia) Mama mia, let me go
Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me, for me, for me
So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye
So you think you can love me and leave me to die
Oh, baby, can't do this to me, baby,
Just gotta get out, just gotta get right outta here
Nothing really matters, Anyone can see,
Nothing really matters,
Nothing really matters to me
Any way the wind blows

Mary had a little lamb,
Little lamb, little lamb,
Mary had a little lamb,
Its fleece was white as snow

Everywhere that Mary went,
Mary went, Mary went,
Everywhere that Mary went
The lamb was sure to go

It followed her to school one day
School one day, school one day
It followed her to school one day
Which was against the rules.

It made the children laugh and play,
Laugh and play, laugh and play,
It made the children laugh and play
To see a lamb at school

And so the teacher turned it out,
Turned it out, turned it out,
And so the teacher turned it out,
But still it lingered near

And waited patiently about,
Patiently about, patiently about,
And waited patiently about
Till Mary did appear

You can't even call that character Deadpool. If I told you what they did to him in the movie, you would be like "Wow, that doesn't sound like Deadpool at all." Like really, that's what you would say. I really want to tell you. It's ridiculous.

But, I did like Gambit. And also Liev Schreiber. They were pretty badass actually. But that's it.

I know what happens to Deadpool, but i also think they can still lead pretty seamlessly into a movie of his own and make it awesome

BUT GAMBIT WAS BUTCHERED!

That is what I hear at least, and being that he is my favorite superhero I cannot let this slide.

i liked gambit

I think the only reason Gambit seemed cool was because he and Ryan Reynolds were the only entertaining characters in the entire movie. But once they ****ed up Deadpool at the end, the only kind of positive thing we had to reflect on was Gambit. So he seems "badass".

This is what I was expecting, but he really wasn't that bad. I mean, he didn't kickass... at all... but you know. It wasn't painful to watch. Unlike everything else. Like, I probably overstated when I said he was badass. He was somewhat cool. At the most.

I'll just wait and see then. I've been waiting to see Gambit on the big screen but I have no faith in Fox handling Marvel movies. I am also not a big fan of Marvel in general, but the X-Men and Gambit have been one of my all time favorites and I hate to see the butchery that is happening.

Logan goes to find him since he was able to escape from the secret prison facility. He flies Logan there. Later he comes back to pick Logan up.

I've only seen the workprint, but nobody's mentioned any real additional footage, so...yeah.

He takes Wolverine to the island where Stryker is experimenting on mutants, because he was the only one who escaped. And...that's about all. Gambit is also the first person Logan sees after losing his memory...but it doesn't occur to Logan to ask Gambit where the heck he is or what he's doing there.

That sucks. How was the interaction between the two? Did the actor do a good job?

there is a cameo with Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart as they talk about what to do with Stryker and Xavier convinces McKellen to not strike out against the humans. Then they turn their backs at each other and walk away and Magneto says to Charles "This isn't the end Charles, but you don't have to read my mind to know that." Then charles lowers his head in disappointment and walks to the helicopter with cyclops and co in it. Saving grace of the movie.

Eh, it wasn't bad I guess. He see's Logan's dogtags and thinks he's working with Striker to bring him back so they have a squabble until Sabetooth shows up. Then later in the flight you see Logan hates flying, so some humor was thrown in on that whole moment. I wasn't fond of the actor playing him but others seem to think he did a good job.

He didn't really have a "cajun" accent from what I could tell in the ads, but that isn't an easy accent to pull off unless you are from there or a voice actor only.

So is this like a prequel to the X-Men movies? Based on what I am reading it sounds like it.

Seems like it, but then things get dicey because of the various mutant cameos. Young Cyclops is featured pretty prominently, which is then  when you recall he doesn't recognize Wolverine in X1.

Unless they show Xavier wiping everyone's memory later. :funny:

I actually really liked the casting of this cyclops. He was pretty much what I was wanting in a cyclops. Oh well that franchise is dead to me... Now I would want to see an x-men taking place during the late 70s and 80s so we can have a younger magneto and charles and have it eventually progress to modern times to show a capable Cyclops. and other featured characters.

Speaking of bad movies, I found a book on film directing by David Mamet on clearance at Borders. Even though I have no interest in actually directing movies myself, what he points out is really interesting, especially when I try to consider why TDK works and a movie like Wolverine doesn't.

I only fixate on TDK because it's been the only film so far that's enticing me to take it apart and see how it works. :funny: BB did the same for me and Batman comics.

Dude my script would be amazing. Cyclops will be the actual leader. There would actually be a love triangle. Charles would be more like Martin Luther King and Magneto would be like Malcom X. There would be ****ing sentinels and the Hellfire Club. blah blah blah. Scarlet Witch, Emma Frost, Quicksilver, sabretooth, juggernaut, pyro would all be awesome and not just some thugs.
