Spiderman 4 Villains Revealed

According to Rotten Tomato is seems that Raimi has revealed the Villain for Spiderman 4 (And interestingly they mention Spiderman 5 as well). I don't know if there is any truth to this but Rotten Tomatoes seem to be a legit source.
