I don't know if the guy is blind or what, (seeing eye dogs usually have a different set up for the leash), but the way this guy carries himself kinda gives me the creeps.

If the guy is blind, it's admirable to cast him as your spokesperson, doesn't make him any less creepy in his delivery.
