Yeah, I'm not sure I can see him as Sinestro either. He would have been a great choice for GL, but I can't really see him in the role. I've always imagined an older actor in the role, anyway.

^^ Yeah, I always imagined somebody older in the role too. I don't have to tell you guys, but with all the makeup and special fx **** they can do, plus he'd be purple anyway (lol), they could make him look as old or young as they wanted. So I'd be cool with it. Not my no1 choice but I think it could work.

Steve Buscemi is my personal pick for Sinestro. I don't think he'd ever be offered the role, and I'm not sure he'd accept if offered, but I think he'd be great. So would Tim Curry.

Cillian Murphy once tested for Batman but ended up landing an entirely different (and more appropriate) role as the Scarecrow.Who knows maybe the same will happen with the others who were in the running to play Hal Jordan. So i wouldn't rule out Cooper as Sinestro.
