According to CBR,they'll retell the old origin tale of Thomas Wayne going to a Halloween party in a "Bat-man" suit and then getting kidnapped to help a wounded gangster,then he battles the gangsters in his batsuit! I used to love that Silver-age story,and i liked the different looking Batsuit. Julie Newmar will voice Martha Wayne....AWESOME!

Not to mention Kevin Conroy as the Phantom Stranger and Mark Hamill as the Spectre. ;)

Alan Moore's origin story of the Phantom Stranger made me an instant fan,and the Spectre......well,he's the baddest superhero of all time,alas,i don't think him peeling the skin off of gangsters will make the show.........

Seriously.

I'm pretty sure Chill of the Night is a second season ep (possibly the premiere). That's slated for Fall. I just want the last handful of eps to the original slate of 26 to air.

I always loved this story, and I hope they do justice to Thomas Wayne's Bat Suit I always thought it looked very cool especially the cowl.
