Range actually belongs to Avalanche, he can use his powers at geat disance without bringing himself into a workable range for Cold. He can literally run awy fom Cold and still direct his power through his palms without any contact and Cold's going to have to contend with that AND Avalanche.

It's more even if she doesn't have the Phoenix Force. Rachel's one of the few mutants that I won't discount automatically, she's got a damn good pedigree, and is pretty good with one of the more common power templates. I still think that M'gann's shape-shifting will be the x-factor (pun intended) here. Their telepathy matches up fairly well, and Rachel's TK abilities give her a defense against M'gann's superior physical attributes.

Captain Comet was able to take on and kill multiple clones of himself simultaneously. Each of those clones had the same power level he possessed when he took on Lobo. I don't recall any instance where Captain Comet's tk reached its limit so we dont know whether Exodus is stronger in that regard or not. In any case Comet has super strength and invulnerability to counter Exodus' tk if necessary. I don't think that Comet would have any trouble taking on the Avengers and X-Men.

The word blockbuster comes to mind as the powerful Captain Comet takes on the indomitable Exodus in a mountain shattering clash. Telepathy is stretched to the mind's breaking point and agony driven telekenesis lashes out widly but in the end, a broken Captain Comet crawls away with a 6-5 victory.

Moon Knight has been doing this s*** for a while, before that he was a merc, before that he was a marine, before that he was an angry kid who discovered he was good at beating the s*** out of people.

The only reason I'd say Dick over Moon Knight is that in the case of Huston/Finch Moon Knight the guy had been through a s***load of injuries and wasn't 100%. I could see Dick dismantling Marc under those conditions.

But I'm assuming Gen means THAT VERSION of Moon Knight and not that version at his own broken down level.

A 100% Huston/Finch Moon Knight would fight through anything and everything Dick's throwing at him and just get more and more brutal with it, til Spector finds himself in a cold sweat standing there with the remains of Dick's face in his palm...

Moon Knight has the physical advantage that he has sporadic super-strength during a full moon, or whenever Khonshu basically feels like giving it to him. Unlike other debaters, I don't always consider "killer instinct" an advantage as virtually every superhero fights villains every issue willing to kill them, or others.

I'll give it to Nightwing here. Even with no prep time, he's had years of experience alongside Batman and leading the Teen Titans, including being able to battle Deathstroke the Terminator to draws now and again solo (or at least well enough to earn his respect). Specter wouldn't be the easiest opponent Grayson ever had, but barring the element of surprise, I think he takes this.

I'll throw down with Taskmaster, he's got the ighting styles of the MU's best and brightest and the ability to execute them properly with near identical agility and of course, reflexes which equalswhat Cassie's been taught easy.

What's more, she has no choice but to fight her best and she's going to have no choice but to give THAT to Tasky as well. So he'll find herself acing her own style and that of the Marvel fighting elite. Too much or even Cassie.

I never liked the concept of these characters. As someone who has studied Martial arts for over 20 years I know that sometimes you can copy someones moves very quickly but it's their strategies, reflexes and experience that make them better than you. That's in their head not in their movements so learning someones style as soon as you see them do a few moves is a ridiculous power.

Come on man there is fantasy/sci fi and then there is silly. You can't learn the strategy based on seeing someone punch or kick a couple of times. Especially since most people develop a strategy based on how their opponent fights and would constantly change it accordingly. If his power was telepathy he could read their thoughts and know what they were going to do before they did it and that would make sense in a sci fi scenario but the ability to mimic movement wouldn't give him knowledge of their strategy! This isn't like flying or lifting a bus. They aren't just asking you to believe in an unbelievable power for fiction, They are asking you to believe in a power and then writing it to be unbelievable in it's own context!

That's just plain wrong. I know many women who could beat a lot of men the same why I know I could and have beaten men bigger and stronger than myself. See there are many MA schools out there. Some focus on forms (katas) and hardly ever practice fighting. Some schools that do focus on fighting treat the girls with the same sexist attitude that you have, only allowing them to spar other women and training them very different from the men. Then their are the respectable schools that train women properly for self defense and competition. So while it's entirely possible to know some women that have trained for years and still couldn't win a fight, making a blanket statement like yours is both sexist and stupid. As for strength winning even in most male fights, well if you're talking about the typical everyday fight between to neanderthals then yeah strength will win out most times. On the other hand put a skilled fighter against an untrained guy of greater size and strength and the skilled fighter will win most of the time.
