I thought about Supes but frankly, I didn't think it'd be as even in DC's favor.

Personally, with Ymir being the only guy that can test Odin aside from Surtur and with more Strength and Durability than most anyone in comics, it would be a good match against the Omega Effect. Who the hell knows how it'll affect someone this ancient and completely magical in nature, nevermind some the size of a small mountain.

In reality, this would be an awesome fight here, especially when they get in close. Fantomex has a very wide variety of styles augmented by his superhuman stats and Terry is a Batman martial scion augmented by his suit. Terry might have an edge there but it's evened by the fact that Fantomex feels little to no pain.

Both of these guys are newer generation heroes but if we're measuring maturity and tactical knowledge, I'll take Havok. He's shown time and time again that he can execute under pressure with multiple threats while coordinating an entire team, Booster's been in similar circumstances but with more immaturity and hot headedness.

Havok's also got the deuce in raw power but that's where it flips when you take into account that Booster has the Defensive powers necessary to hold Summers at bay; shield and flight. He can block and he can evade easier than Havok and the flight gives his attacks an added edge.

Havok sprints from cover firing blasts, Booster evades, fires back, Havok deflects with a blast of his own, Booster's shield takes the brunt of the damage.

Question for me is who's more versatile with their raw power? I've seen Havok do everything from laser thin concentrated power to wide band destruction. Booster's fired sustained blasts to blitzing with his flight.

The intense light from Havok's blasts should penetrate Booster's force field and blind him. This should not only prevent him from seeing where to go and what to attack it probably would be intense enough to prevent him from using his flight ring since the ring depends on concentration and willpower. The force field should otherwise block Havok's power but should probably also prevent Booster from firing his energy blast or otherwise attacking without dropping the field

Good point Surfer, never considered the light from Havok's blasts affecting things. As to the 2 way shield, that's still in Booster's favor seeing as he can pick his spot as to where and when to drop it.

However if it were the case that his plasma blasts put out enough light to blind then they would probably do that ALL the time and since he doesn't regularly blind people I'm guess he doesn't do that.

When Havok blasts someone I have the feeling that the brightness of the blast is not what attracts people's attention whether it is or not. The artwork of his early appearances does suggest that his blasts are supposed to be quite bright. I think that it was Captain Britain, in addition, who compared Havok's blasts to a thermonuclear reaction. Unfortunately I don't recall the exact statement.

Agreed! Sad to say but WW doesn't stand a chance in this one. Hulk took Sentry to the limit but not the Void who has no problem killing. Actually, Anuby is right. Sentry vs. Spectre would be more of a equal fight since now Marvel/Bendis has Sentry accepting blood sacrifices to stop him from killing anyone.

I've been taking heat for being a Sentry fan for years now, so I'm Teflon now, I'm untouchable baby.:awesome:

Sentry is a kickass character, his mental instability simply adds more dimensions to him, his powerset is insane (No pun intended), and he has huge potential in the MU especially in the cosmic line.

People always manage to mention Wonder Woman breaking someone's neck to boost her ruthlessness. Well Sentry ripped a god in half.:hehe:

I agree Anubis, Sentry is definitely someone capable of going head to head with the JLA, but I passed the match for the simple fact that it's plausible to some people that Diana would put up a comprable fight based on her consistency.

Do I think she stands a chance in Hell? No.

But that can be said for alot of the matches I've used and it usually comes out sideways. :o

Heh, now this contention is the grounds of a real match. Sparta, if it were Dark Phoenix then it's a squash match in Jean's favor. Original Phoenix is more than powerful enough for the match in question.

As to the 'god' deal, either of these characters can be classed as such by most of their universes standards.
