Who Would You Have Cast

Now that the film is released, the reception isn't as bad as expected for the most part but one common complain even from those who liked the film is that the cast was kind of weak. So I was wondering who would you have cast in roles

Stalker - Larenz Tate
I'm not a die hard fan of GI Joe. Sure I watched episodes as a kid but the only characters that I could remember off hand were Duke, Snake Eyes, Cobra Commander, Storm Shadow, and Heavy Duty. But what interested me is that Ripcord played by Marlon Wayans in the film, is white in the original series and even more interesting is that there is a black character from the original series named Stalker. That just raised a question in my mind...why didn't they just make Wayan's character Stalker. Granted calling a guy Stalker isnt cool anymore, but hopefully you get what I'm saying

Scarlett- Isla Fischer
She can be serious and funny which is good

Snake Eyes- David Belle (District B13)
The man who helped invent parkour. If you dont know what parkour is look it up in google and prepare to be wowed

Heavy Duty- Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje

I liked ray park as snake eyes, just didnt like the giant eye piece and mouth. He should look more ninja like.

Duke = anyone but channing tatum.

I would of cast someone older to play Cobra Commander

Okay, first off, if I actually had a say in this film, I would totally do a serious, realistic version. Not to say it wouldn't be action packed and fun, but it would be so uncartoony it could be taken seriously like a film.

General Hawk: Ed Harris

Duke: Guy Pearce

Snake Eyes: Ray Park was actually great casting. That stays. Same with Storm Shadow.

Cobra Commander: Hugo Weaving. He knows how to act brilliantly even with a mask.

I don't think Vosloo could've played a convincing Destro. I've yet to hear him speak with a British accent (yet alone a Scottish one) and that alone would invalidate him (since Destro's Scottish-ness is a major part of his character).
