Keep in mind its the stunt double, possibly wearing the 'stunt' outfit for Kato.

Hopelessly that's not the main mask for kato. I'm surprised there not taking the batman route and using eye-makeup. There are times when the shadows in the tv show and it looks awsome, and more threatening.

I know that those pictures of Kato is of an stunt man, but If I had to question the 'Kato' outfit, it would be that the hat is too small. (The mask could be a stunt mask..aka cheap copy of thre real thing)

I'm sorry it's still hard for me to grasp Rogan as GH. Just looking at those pictures I thought this was a comedy. He better prove us wrong. Because the audience will be confused as hell.

Give him a chance. It may be another Jack Black in King Kong but it's too early to say.

He was great in Funny People & Observe & Report that required some serious scenes.

I'm not judging, because some of those pictures were probabyl taken between takes, and actors often to goof off then to relieve tension before the next shot. In fact, from what I understand, those first two pictures are from a scene where Reid and Case are at a press conference that gets interrupted by an explosion (which would explain the cringing).

Apparently Seth Rogen thinks he's playing Winona Ryder.

Haha, no, I think he's been shot. My guess is theyre having some sort of press conference and a sniper or whatever takes a crack at Britt Reid. Also, i just found. Furello yay! And Daniel Craig is in one of the pictures! My guess is that he just visited the set though, since hes with his girlfriend.

That's because you thought Rogen would be playing a different character than the same douchebag he always plays. You should know better. :hehe:

i've said it before: Most comedic actors play the same characters. It just the body of the work that counts so that's why people dont complain about Chevy Chase or Bill Murray. At least their earlier stuff.
Remember, Seth is 26 years old. That's why I don't give him a hard time.

That is very true. Who knows? Maybe he will surprise us. I kind of doubt it, but I guess you never know.
Seriously though? He's only 26? I thought the guy was in his mid-30's.

I thought for sure he was around 35 at least. He looks older. Maybe he has the Tom Selleck gene. :hehe:

Some pics of Seth in (partial) costume:

He's thin enough to fit in the costume, and that's good enough for me.

swweetBy far that is the best picture of Rogen in costume. There he actually looks right for the part. Can't wait for the dailies.

Gondry said it wasn't going to be a spoof, and Rogen keeps saying it will be like Midnight Run and True Lies. That pic may be a millisecond of time, but he doesn't appear to be doing anything particularly goofy.

there was nothing comedic about true lies ( a few one liners, but it was a pretty good film)

there was nothing comedic about true lies ( a few one liners, but it was a pretty good film)I wouldn't mind a few one liners, Hell sometimes that makes a film better. What I don't want is some kind of slapstick movie or some satirical parody of GH.:csad:

you could almost say that Clooney's batman was a satirical parody, but according to this interview, TGH won't be.
ROGEN talks about how The Green Hornet isn't going to be dark, and says there will be comedy, but it will be nothing like you have ever seen before and nothing like you have ever seen him in before...
He says it is going to be a serious film with bits of comedy... Here's the interview:

There's somebody over there who creams over Tron Legacy as you do, but instead of praising it at their page, constantly bashes The Green Hornet movie and Rogen.

STEVE THE DUDE often does bash this movie.... it is very redundant & annoying...
he's lost all credibility with me.
he calls himself a hornet fan & isn't open minded about a movie... doesn't make sense.
