Don't get me wrong it's not bad but with the exception of a few familiar elements it's almost unrecognizable as the series we are accustomed to. Two villains in particular take center stage, Loki and a dokkalfar warrior prince. Loki is described looking and acting exactly like one expects him to but his ally is basically this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxadxFjx_2Q) guy...if he was mute and had wings. Oh and instead of a spear he has a sword that kills anyone it touches :dry:. I don't know why they didn't opt to adhere a little more closely to the background and make Mr. Faerie a sorcerer with some proficiency at hand to hand combat instead.
