terrence said he thought he was gonna be in Iron Man 2 so I doubt he wanted more money, especially since Don cheadle seems like he makes more money then terrence... anyway they switched to Don simply because terrence was too tall and they didnt want war machine taller then Iron Man, primarily during the final scenes when they were fighting side by side.
