I got the info via email on the article and was told DH or AICN was running it, but when I searched for the article on those sites it never "officially" made it online.

Yeah, this is a very underwhelming list. The ones I have seen are either too old or suck, and the kid from the Potter film was an evil character and I can't really judge. Might be my favoe of the five on here, but this list blows.

Also, a 27 year old up for the role? At least Tobey's Peter wasn't in HS the entire film, and was subsequently in college (thus, didn't look too old). In this one, he prob will be. This ain't Grease, you need to go younger.

I think he's a good actor. Can do pretty good accents. He's likeable, and I get that Peter Parker/Spider-Man vibe from him. He's the right height and build also.

That new list makes that Login Lerman kid look like an amazing and perfect choice.

And why is almost everyone on that list a Brit? We don't have any more actors in the US? Seems like every actor now-a-days is either British or Austrailian.


I'm now 100% behind Lerman. He can act, he can do funny, he's a proven actor with action films, and he at least looks like Peter unlike EVERYONE else on that new list.

He looks like DJ Qualls' clone. I don't think he is the right build as he looks like a toothpick and he doesn't have any sort of resemblance to Peter Parker aside from brown hair.

I agree with DAC in that all of these people make Lerman look like he is the only one who could be Peter Parker.

The only good one in that list is Garfield. Everyone else is just wow... I would rather have Efron than most of the guys on that list jesus.

Sangster's not the best looking,but he's certainly not ugly. He has that smart,nerdy exterior. He's a great actor and pretty underrated.

His height and build is just right. Ultimate Spider-Man is like a toothpick.

He seems like he can act at least. This video has me warming up to him a bit. In motion he looks more like Peter. He looks alot more like Peter 616 than Ultimate though.

I have heard about people wanting that Josh Hutcherson or what ever to be the kid in the adaption of Blood Meridian (No Country's and The Road's adaptation was good so here's hoping this will be). So I don't know enough about this kid to say anything. I really did not know any of those guys including the Logan kid people are talking about. I guess I'm out of the loop.
