I like that angle better. Blunt would make a great Madam Masque. You should attempt a poster with the actual mask on too at some point, maybe a solo poster.

if you can find some non-drawn references I'd be greatful...I looked for hours for something accurate...yet the ballistic mask looked better than the porcelain masks I was trying to work with...thanks for the suggestion

Nicely done. One thing I'm not too keen on is making the Mandarin another guy in armour. Something to keep in mind is that, by the time Iron Man 3 gets made, Avengers will already been in the bag, so Stark will have been exposed to the existence of the magical/supernatural via Thor. With that in mind, having Mandarin without a knock-off armour and using his power rings won't seem so out of place.
